Mi agradable estancia en Figueras tuvo su complemento en la cena que disfrutamos en el Restaurante Pelegrí, anexo al magnífico Hotel Pirineos. El local es acogedor y el servicio es discreto y eficaz. La comida es de calidad y está bien elaborada, pero en los acompañamientos es un poco pretenciosa. No me gustaron las patatas que acompañaban un sobresaliente filete de carne y tampoco me gustó una denominada arena de aceite de oliva, que componía uno de los entrantes, para mí una propuesta absolutamente fallida, ya que era completamente insípida e inolora y la textura no era agradable. Donde se ponga un buen AOVE de Jaén, sin más, que se quiten otros experimentos. Los raviolis con gambas que tomó mi mujer y el postre que compartimos, también deliciosos.
