Pizzería Fuencaliente — Restaurant in Fuencaliente de la Palma

Ok so, i didn't want to put a bad review but i have to. I think the people that come to eat here never actually ate an other pizza in their lifetime because it's the worst pizza since minimum 5 years we got, nothing good the dough the ingredients so tasteless, we were 4 of us completly from different countries so our taste are completly different but had to admit that was the worst pizza, but that is not all, also for 4 pizza make sure you have time because us we waited litteraly 2 hours and the restaurant was almost empty.. The waitress.. couldn't even understand the word "hello" in english, of course i'm in spain territory it should be me making the effort but they don't make any aswell, also 1 misstake of 1 pizza in an order of 4 pizzas with maximum 8 peoples in the restaurant.. what i can say more.. I hate doing this but it's time for review that are actually true and not friends/locals putting...

Great pizza! If you’re a pizza lover, you’ll enjoy their unique style with a puffy, crunchy crust and large air bubbles that add great texture. Our group of seven all loved our pizzas. The service was wonderful, and the place had a welcoming, local vibe. The hostess was super nice, the place was clean and spacious, and they had no issues accommodating our large party even without a reservation. Jamás pensé encontrarme en un lugar tan aislado de la capital y tan pequeñito una pizzería de esta magnitud. He de decir que soy bastante crítica y exigente con la pizzerías y esta además de no decepcionarme, me ha encantado. Los empleados geniales y super atentos con buenas sugerencias, el ambiente se ve que ha sido renovado, con buen gusto emanando limpieza, calidez y alta cocina.

Las pizzas de buen tamaño, pedimos para compartir como siempre. Los ingredientes son de extrema calidad y algo que me llamo MUCHO la atención es la fermentación de la masa lo cual para personas con intolerancia (no alergia) al gluten como yo, bien bien pues ese proceso evita la hinchazón de la panza y los gases que causa esa proteína vegetal. Si gustas de un paseo y comida por el camino, si vas de visita a Fuencaliente o a sus playas aledañas te recomiendo pasar por este lugar. Creo que es un aporte gastronómico importante al lugar.
