Coming from the UK the language barrier does cause some problems. Staff aren’t very good speaking English, they have two tills one for pastries & one for coffees and pre-made baguettes however the line can become lengthy and staff are usually overwhelmed so the system doesn’t work that well. The food does taste amazing and is super delicious and fresh, coffee is always great, seating inside & outside with the outside seating always dirty with previous guests cups and plates but again staff are always busy. Came here last year for our lunches and again this year, rolls always really fresh and tasty, so are the cakes 😋😋😋. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Disorganized and unpleasant experience trying to order coffee and food. Had to place order in pieces for three separate employees as they each disappeared after you ordered one item.
