We usually love Sizzlers and have been loyal customers for a couple of years now. However, we had a take away last night and unfortunately the usual standard had slipped. They had forgot out poppadum's that we paid over 3 euros for. When we called, we were told that "oh yes here they are on the side"..... then told they could not deliver them to us, as the delivery driver was out appparently. The telephone handler, who did not sound too fussed, offered the solution that our next order would contain TWO (bearing in mind we purchased three...) free ones... not sure how he worked that out? On top of that, I ordered the curries to be spicy... and they were all very mild. I know this all seems rather trivial and in the grand scheme of things it is. Read moreMy friend and I are on holiday here for our first time and came across this delightful Indian-Mexican restaurant Sizzler. Having read the reviews on line it sis not disappoint at all. We both decided to have Indian for our evening meal as the smells from the kitchen were absolutely amazing. We had Popadoms to start followed by Prawn Balti, chicken pasanda, pilau rice garlic nan and a side dish of sag aloo. The food was so delicious we forgot to take any photos we just couldn’t wait to get straight into the mouthwatering dishes before us. The service was 1st class very friendly staff and very welcoming and attentive. If you’re looking for something a little spicy then this restaurant I would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced food and delicious wine choices. Thanks so much we had a...
Read moreThe dinner at Sizzler offered a delightful mix of Indian and Mexican cuisines. The Saag Paneer and Lamb Balti were rich and flavorful, with the creamy spinach and tender lamb standing out, complemented nicely by the soft, freshly made Naan bread.
The beef burrito was well-presented, drizzled with a tasty sauce and served with guacamole, sour cream, and a fresh cucumber salad, adding a refreshing contrast. The pilau rice was aromatic and paired well with the dishes. The mangolassi was a sweet, creamy treat, enhancing the overall experience.
The portions were generous, and the variety catered well to the group. The ambiance appears casual and inviting, making it a pleasant dining spot.
Overall, a satisfying culinary experience with a good...
