Sandy Burger — Restaurant in Fuengirola

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this one I really had to. It is based in 3 separate experiences so not an unlucky night. Super bad service, hours waiting, we were not made aware that they didn’t have chicken when it is mainly a chicken place. They let us order drinks (I even mentioned the chicken at this point and they did not mention that they have run out of chicken, it was 21:30 so not a last minute dinner). We had to wait for the drinks and food ages, remind the waiter several times, more than two hours wait for a very simple order. They keep prioritising the take aways and I guess phone orders. We even had to wait to pay. Just the worst experience. You can get better food in a corner kebab not lying. My chicken kebab has literally 3 bits of chicken. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT! YOU...

Extremely slow service despite not crowded. Food bland, club sandwich and falafel. 10 minutes before ordering and 40 minutes after that to get the food which barely even had salt as spice.

Older waitress had a smile which was appreciated, don't see much of that here in Fuengirola towards tourists.

Can't believe the Google reviews before. Got to be fake news, haha. One extra star for smile, despite not returning with my extra Fanta although inside twice after my order, a kind reminder and nothing in hands. Had to ask other waitress whom also took a good 5 minutes to get my drink from the fridge.

Try out for yourselves, don't be in a hurry and bring spices if you want flavors....

12/08/23 - return... We returned... But we realize that we were here a year ago and shared a burger... which was great, but forgot to write a review..

So upon returning our third time, we shared the #2 special (1/2 roasted chicken, salad and chips), beer and wine. It was fantastic. We have been wanting roasted chicken. Added pictures. This is plenty for two people! Yes, we will be returning!!! 😘

2021 - Oh my, this is a fantastic little corner Cafe.... CHEAP!!!! Super clean, fab staff, wonderful food. We ordered the London baguette. So great, rare roast beef was perfect and the baguette was splendid! Canned beer is 1.50€, as we as a glass of house wine. Well...
