Videra Restaurant — Restaurant in Fuengirola

Now, where do I start ! 2024 the year of conspiracy theories, a world in turmoil, weather phenomenon like biblical times and there slap bang in the middle of it all is Videra Restaurant quietly getting on with commiting crimes against humanity relatively under the radar. In the interests of transparency I have no photo's to back me up with the following description but believe me having witnessed first hand, had you been present you would thank me. Firstly service...there was none, alot of aimless young waiters not allowed to take orders and one middle aged curmudgeon determined not to. Secondly drinks....waiting 20 minutes to place order, waited 20 minutes to receive order. Left 30 seconds after drinks placed in front of us. Imagine I gave you some cold dishwater with bits of fried egg white floating on top in a glass then I ran away shouting "that's a pina colada" over my shoulder. I managed to throw myself upon this ticking timebomb before my husband took a sip and died a death worthy of a scene in Midsomer Murders. Food...didn't stay to risk that ! View...lovely but then they are not responsible for that. You can see the hills from this Restaurant, and I advise you...

Dear manager/owner, why would you do this to your own business?! I used to visit before, and during COVID. And I cheered for you, and hoped to see the day this place is full and buzzing as I thought it deserves. But your waiters are burnt. The runners don't even know where they are and there's a general poopy atmosphere given by your people. And I'm definitely not blaming them. I'm blaming you for not hiring enough staff and actually training them (or at least teach them table numbers). You can't find staff? Pay better and I'm sure that not gonna be a problem. The way waiters look lost all the time, bothered and constantly throwing the blame on someone else FROM THE SAME TEAM is ridiculous! The place is great, food is decent, prices are ok for the location but the service?!? Ps: not be willing to pay a fee in order for people to pay with card in 2022 on the paseo marítimo is RIDICULOUS and it speaks volumes to all...

We went here group of 6 for a change to eat out and we all wasn't very happy with the food to be honest ,my glass smelled of what I can only describe as a damp dog ,which had wine in .....the food not brilliant...... looked like microwave food some of it which we had ,the chicken in the paella had bones in small amounts which about took my tooth out ,I'm not a picky person but it was poor ...a mc Donald's would of been much better !!and that's not really proper food .That's me being honest ,my Mrs had some sea food and that wasn't great again didn't smell how one should maybe old stock ....unsure ,for some reason the waiter bought a massive fish in to show us at the table with it leaking alover the place seeing if we wanted this ...... then served us drinks without washing his hands .... not be going back here again .. as...
