Cygnus Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Gandia

May be the best coffe in Gandia, it is good and with nice service. My reccomendation for such coffe shop - they sell different coffes ( erhiopia, brazil, costa rica etc..) but only in package to prepare them in home, in the coffe shop they prepare only Brazil kind coffe, it will be very good to have different kinds - at least 3 of all and to have coffee of the week or month where to change all kinds they have. It will be good to serve a cup of water in tje prive of the coffe with the coffee. They can be more precise when prepare the coffe, to use all the practice of the really good barista. Dennis is a friendly guy and has a clear passion for coffee. It is nice to watch his smooth ritual in preparing your coffee.

I was raised with filter coffee back in The Netherlands and despite liking all the Spanish varieties nothing tops a good cup of filter coffee for me. Dennis his americano is what comes the closest to coffee I used to drink at home, very smooth, despite a higher acidity.

During my stay in Gandia I liked to pick up my cup of joe here and sit in the sun on the Passeig de las Germanies.

I definitely recommend you to go here for good quality...
