We bought order and they did not bring gloves from the promotion. It was in check, it was in the app, I paid for it. It is common for McDonald’s employees in Spain to not bring promotion things in hope to keep it for themselves or whatever, so we went to the counter as usual. Today, at 14:35 we did an order, but it was some problems terminal, and we were unable to pay, we ask to pay cash but they refused. Hicimos un pedido por automac de dos mc extreme con patatas deluxe con salsa deluxe, nuggets(9) con una salsa de barbacoa y otra de mostaza. Al abrir las bolsas vimos dos salsas barbacoa y dos buffalo (no sabíamos de la existencia de esta). Nos tomamos la molestia de volver para reclamar las salsas deluxe y me atendió una chica morocha (domingo 10/7, 17:30hs. Aprox) muy antipática, me dijo que las salsas deberían estar debajo y le dije que no, ya lo había revisado. Pues empieza a revisar mi bolsa desconfiando de mi palabra. Le repito que por favor me de la salsa que habíamos pedido, que se me enfriaban las patatas. Me da una sola de mala manera y le digo que falta una. Me dice que no porque ya tenia otras de las nuggets, le digo que me pusieron dos buffalo que NO HABIA PEDIDO, y me dice que para darme otra deluxe tenia que traerle una buffalo para cambiarla.
