Truly 5 star treatment. 5 star - food, staff, chef, scenary, price...
Staff: Customer service was beyond exceptional, despite us not being able to speak a word of Spanish.
Hint; Use Google translator in Gandia, it hasn't failed us yet.
Food bits: Octopus was so tender, perfectly cooked. Salmon and avocado salad doesn't mess around, it is exactly that and not stingy. Tomahawk was huge, fat marbeling was perfect. The sort of steak you will struggle to find in even the best steak houses. T-Bone was full of flavour, fresh and certainly of a high caliber.
How would you like your steak? The steak's 'cooked state' leans toward the rarer side, but have full confidence in the chef - he is quite the master. If you are sensitive, ask for the next grade up.
Chef: We asked for some pretty odd changes to our plates, not a question, it was simple done. Well done steak request(I wouldn't dare), my wife was very happy despite the T-Bone being 2 inches thick - unheard of. PS: This is a fire grill, expect flame grilled perfection.
Open hours - don't be disappointed !! Currently (March 2019) they only open for part of the day, Friday, Sat and Sunday morning. Don't miss this place! Call to be sure they are open and not on siesta.
Caution - Google is not reliable for when this restaurant is open. I'd also prepare to book a table, though it was quiet for us, they are newly open and already extremely successful in the off season!
What to expect to pay? 50+ Euro per person, excluding alcohol for a great meal. Easy to just spend 30euro pp with a steak, drink starter and desert. Our pictured meal - tomahawk 44Euro, T-Bone 19Euro, salmon avocado salad, sausage, 2x octopus, = Total 150 Euro with drinks).

From the moment you arrive at its cozy and charming terrace, you are welcomed by wonderful people with a genuine love for gastronomy and providing an exceptional experience.
The quality of the meat is superb and the cooking (the cuisson) is always impeccable. But what truly elevates this place to another level is the combination of perfect details: the exquisite customer service, the feeling of complete satisfaction after the meal, and the excellent selection of wines that masterfully complements each dish.
