McDonald's — Restaurant in Girona

I know that in Spain people don't really care but that was too much. All employees were slow and each of their responsibility seems like too much. The shift manager (on however you call this guy, the only one in the shirt) didn't care we were waiting next to the cash register and once he gave us a piece of attention he started waving his hands and showing "the order machine" since he apparently didn't want to speak with us and take my order. So I used one of those large tablets but needed to talk with him anyway since had only cash (that's why I wanted to order directly anyway). I returned to cash register, finally he went there too, took my money, gave me change, said "gracias", the last part was smooth. Then I was waiting 9 minutes for 5 small burgers. Those guys don't know what "rush" or even "working properly" means. Everyone was just a slowpoke. Lady was waiting in a car next to the McDrive window and was waiting even longer than me. Once I get our order I didn't bother to check but there is a chance she is still waiting.

It is a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant is empty. I popped in to get a quick drink and small bag of chips. There was one more customer who ordered a burger before me, I am not sure how long he had been there. For the next twenty minutes we watched 7 staff members chat and stock up chicken nugget boxes not showing us any attention. Eventually someone I assume is the manager appeared and noticed our discomfort. He asked us what we had ordered and got us the items. I find it ridiculous that it takes 20 min for a drink and chips in a fast food restaurant and very frustrating that the workers seems to just not care. To top it off the chips were not salted. Deseo relatar que hoy he vivido una negativa experiencia en este restaurant y con su personal, un personal poco eficaz, poco respetuoso, poco amable, y poco comprensivo. Hoy me he dado cuenta que el personal viola los protocolos de higiene y de seguridad en el manejo de los alimentos; el manejo de los alimentos es un asunto delicado es un asunto que lo regula la ley regula, lo regula el Estado, pero acá en este restaurant no respetan dichas normas pues las personas que manejan la basura y manejan los desechos del restaurant, de forma sorprendente es la misma persona que sin cambiarse los guantes te trae tu alimento al coche cuando estás comprando por la ventana del autoservicio. En esta situación es lamentable, es asqueante, es ilógica; ojalá algún supervisor o jefe de la tienda le colocase un límite a esto que hoy hemos vivido, y no ocurra nuevamente. Esto no debió haber ocurrido. Ya habíamos pagado nuestros alimentos y nos hemos dado cuenta que es la misma persona que sacaba la basura por la puerta de atrás, dos minutos antes, ahora es la misma persona que viene a entregarnos los alimentos. Es lamentable vivir estas cosas si estamos en Europa, esto que ocurra en países del tercer o cuarto mundo tal vez es creíble, pero que ocurra aquí es insólito, es increíble lo que acabamos de vivir. Para hacer más desagradable la experiencia. Cuando le hice saber de dicha situación al encargado de la tienda lo que hizo fue excusarse y mentir, además no quiso escuchar mi reclamación que fue decente, no fui grosero, simplemente quería expresar que estas cosas no deben ocurrir y él simplemente me pidió que saliera del restaurante; lo que hace más evidente el mal manejo del restaurant que tienen en este sitio, dándome cuenta de la realidad que identifica al personal y al servicio en este restaurante.
