Didn't expect such quality in a hotel facility. No ordinary maccaroni /pizza / chicken with fries restaurant here. I got a vegetables lasagna with pesto cream, cod on wok veggies and garlic foan, and sweet tatin. Tasty, al dente, with aromatic oil. Vem demanar 1 salmorejo, no se si era fet pel xef, 2 amanides cesar que creiem que eren comprades al mercadona del davant de l’hotel, era amanida floret, la textura del pollastre com si fos el duna amanida cesar envasada igual que els retalls del formatge parmesa i la salsa cesar. Unes croquetes de cocido que sense cap mena de dubte eren les que compra la meva sogre al mercadona, amb la guarnicio de les restes de les bosses d’amanida floret; 1 aigua, 1 copa de vi i una pinta, total 46€ i una duracio d’una hora aprox per aquest sopar sense postres ni cafes. Ens sorprenen les opinions de gent que diu que és cuina d’autor, o no s’enteren de res o nosaltres hem tingut molta mala sort. No som cuiners pero ens agrada menjar a restaurants i en aquest podem dir que es una qualitat per sota del que seria un restaurant minimament decent.
