Cafetería d'Sano — Restaurant in Granada

I arrived with a suitcase and two heavy bags and in front of me a man who opened the door for himself and did not bother to even hold it for me, so it shut on me. Unknown to him I have displaced my coccyx. I almost was tempted to say something to him about manners. Then I realised he was the owner which was even more shocking to be so rude to a customer.

The food was not great, too salty, and it said the sandwich was served with fries. There must have been 5 smallish fries which is ridiculous.

Finally I asked the wifi to one of the bartenders, he moaned something I did not get, and never came back to hand me the wifi code. I had to get up with the back problems, leave all my stuff behind, and go at the bar across the room to ask the other nice waiter for it, and the previous waiter standing there did not even bat an eyelid to apologise for not getting me it.

On a first look the place looks good, it is enough cozy and comfortable. But staff+kitchen made a permanent chaos. Bringing one dish for a person when other three left without, delay orders to many tables as a result you feel bad atmosphere and upset faces, forgetting to bring some dish at all, and leaving empty plates on the table for 15 minutes when the staff noticed it so many times made our post Christmas breakfast upsetting. However I appreciate that staff apologized but still it was not nice to see their chaos/annoyed behavior. Also I have to say that food is 2.5-3/5.
