Cosa Nostra Granada — Restaurant in Granada

Worst experience eveeeer... My girlfriend and I went here to have some drinks on Saturday the 17. and it was our worst experience in Spain so far when it comes to service... The staff seemed to be in constant panick, taking your order and running off immediately before you finish talking. But that wasn’t even the start of the problem here...

first off, a waitress took our order of one Mojito, one of which my girlfriend paid for at the bar. As she was waiting for her drink, we were told that we can sit outside and they will bring the drinks there. Surely enough, the order never came and both of us were sitting outside awkwardly for over half an hour (eventhough the Place had a clear policy that you must order drinks within every half an hour you are sitting there) Eventually my girlfriend ran inside to tell the bartender about the drinks where they asked us to pay for the Mojitos again. We told them we didn’t receive the previous drinks we ordered, so my girlfriend had to watch the bartender make the drinks to actually make sure that we receive them.

After we finished our first Mojitos, we ordered two tequilla shots and two Mojitos again from the waitress outside. She seemed confused of what we are ordering eventhough the words „dos Mojitos y dos tequilla“ sounds like pretty easy Spanish to understand. The waitress again ran off without understanding what we were ordering, only to bring us two very random shots (each one was different from the other) that were clearly not tequilla (very sweet and disgusting). At that point, we felt greatful to have received any type of shots regardless if they were tequilla or not. But our problems didn’t end there... the Mojitos we ordered with the shots never came and we sat there for another 45 min waiting for them to arrive. We eventually went inside to the bar to tell the bartender if they can make us two Mojitos, where we were told that they are not serving any cocktails anymore since we were 15 min late for that (disclaimer: we ordered the drinks 45 min before cocktail time has ended) I expressed my problem to one of the staff members and they were very strict that they will not serve us any Cocktails anymore. Eventually we let it go and ordered two tequilla shots instead and I had to once again, watch the bartender make them to make sure we are receiving the right order. We never got compensated for any drinks and the staff members seemed always confused and didn’t care about your problems.

End note: awful service and I do not recommend anyone to come to this place. It’s crazy when you have to pay for drinks and wish that the staff would listen to you before running off like crazy (or even getting any type of drinks for that matter...) We were polite and the staff probably never even realized that we were frustrated and dissatisfied from the experience. Really...

A very bad experience! A guy from the bar staff stopped us along the way to ask us if we wanted to have a drink in this place and that, if we sat down, he would offer us a shot. After sitting down and ordering (the waiter that was really unprofessional and unpleasant), another guy arrives and tells us that they were closing the tables outside and that we therefore had move inside with our drinks (after only 10 minutes of having brought us the drinks) . Furthermore, the shots never arrived.

End note: bad service, unprofessional waiter and I don’t recommend anyone to come to this place. The only Italian thing that they have is the name,...

Recientemente visité el pub "Cosa Nostra" y tuve una experiencia increíble gracias a la camarera llamada Mery. Desde el momento en que entramos, ella nos recibió con una sonrisa cálida y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Mery fue súper amable y servicial durante toda la noche, asegurándose de que teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y de que nuestra experiencia en el pub fuera inolvidable.

La atención de Mery realmente hizo que la noche fuera especial. Definitivamente volveré a "Cosa Nostra" en el futuro y recomendaré este lugar a cualquiera que busque una noche divertida...
