La Tagliatella — Restaurant in Granada

Okay, we had kind of a neutral experience. Would not go again though.

Good: nice service, quite fast, vegetarian options. Tasty burrata starter.

However, the mains were not yummy. We had two vegetarian pastas, quantities are huge but they lack subtlety, it's just very salty and cheesy and that's it. We missed some fresh tomatoes or generally a more round flavor.

We paid 52 euros for a starter, two pastas, bread and two small bottles of water. Given the mediocre flavor of the pasta I find it's too much.

This is a pleasant enough restaurant; the waiting staff are friendly, helpful, and in my case patient with my level of spanish. But a restaurant should be more about the food than the atmosphere, and sorry to say i felt it little lacking. We ordered ravioli. The food was plentiful and tasty, but seemed too much factory produced, and much too al dente - almost to the point of being chewy. Just finished eating here and can honestly say that after a month in Spain this was one of the best meals I've had in the country. Portions are good, pasta is delicious and ingredients fresh. Staff was lovely and spoke very good English with a full English menu. They were great with our toddler and had meals and drawing mats for him.
