Mamut Golden Ball — Restaurant in Granada

This bar has without doubt the WORST sevice in Spain. When we arrived the main server asked us if we would sit outside as inside was full as it was cool. We said ok and he asked another server to add a chair to the table which he (the other server)reluctantly did. The main server then left us with server 2 who asked us what we wanted. We had seen no menu had not even sat down and were a bit confused as to what was he was asking. He then said " come on what do you want to drink?" We. placed an order. The main server brought it to our table and it was not what we requested. We said that it was ok and he told us we were entitled to a choice of a free tapas with our drink, so we ordered and it did not arrive for over 30 minutes. Great little tapas bar serving a selection of small free tapas with each drink you order, as well as meals. Our waiter, guy from Chile, was so helpful to explain some of the menu items into English for us, which helped us choose from the tapas menu. He was great. The meals were tasty, freshly cooked and good portions. We had beef burger with chips and a big plate of griddled vegetables and croqetas_ really good....

Por comida, ambiente y servicio me parece bien, excepto hoy, como cliente al oír supuestamente la "dueña" el comentario que había oído hacía unos clientes que le ha comentado la "dueña", me parece poco profesional, inadecuado e irrespetuoso y encima le llevo la cuenta cuando no habían terminado los clientes de comer, siendo la "dueña"en el cambio de turnos debe de tener a alguien que siga atendiendo los cliente, con su derecho los clientes le ha comentado que estaban desatendidos y si le podían terminar de servir. Otra cosa irregular que he apreciado es que una muchacha que conoce la "dueña" ha saltado avasallando a los clientes con su comentario, cuando la dueña a mi parecer no tendría que haberle permitido a la muchacha, cuando es la dueña la que está con los clientes. Por parte de los clientes termino bien. Bueno seguiré tomando algo para ver si hay algún percance más y poder informar en las reseñas, tanto bueno como la profesionalidad de los que trabajan o llevan este local.
