Fall 2022: The menu is 9€ M-F, noon and evening in an effort to make delicious and healthy vegetarian food available to every pocket.
I loved this restaurant because the food was truly tasty 😋 It tasted as I remembered foods as a child.
I later learned that they do not have a freezer. They just cook for the day. Their produce comes from Lorenzo's vegetable garden or from other gardens near the city of Huesca. Lorenzo makes an effort not to let anything go to waste: if a farmer has an excedent of leeks, his kitchen cooks those leeks in different manners.
You can also have a beer and a snak at the bar. He has got regular comercial beers and some home made beers from the area. Right now is the only vegetarian restaurant in Huesca.
If you are vegan, you can go there too.
Lorenzo also performs, writes, and makes music. He whistles beautiful tunes while he works around the restaurant.
The day I went, there was no music 🎵. I loved eating in silence, slowly, hearing the conversation, without growing a headache :) Great place to eat in peace.

Read moreWe were there whilst travelling through Huesca. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were really good at replying to my questions. We have dogs, but they assured me of the outside space, so we could sit on their nice terrace outside with our dogs. The place is alternative and inviting. The staff very friendly and attention. And most importantly, the food was varied, delicious, as well as good value. I support their initiative to serve vegan/ vegetarian, organic, locally sourced with little food waste. Read moreFuimos a cenar con una amiga ayer tras haber visto hace ya unos meses, una publicación en las r.r.s.s sobre el restaurante. En su página web explica el concepto del menú y de la carta para reservar por whatsapp. La atención fue muy buena tanto en la reserva como en la cena. Lorenzo y su compañera fueron muy amables. No es un restaurante como tal, el concepto es distinto, poco conocido en España. Usan productos preferentemente productos de cercanía, de temporada, ecológicos, artesanos , siempre evitando el desperdicio alimenticio y respetando al producto a la hora de elaborar un plato. Los platos se notan caseros y el restaurante tiene un comedor acogedor, sencillo y sin pretensiones. Me ha encantado la mezcla de sabores fusionados en platos con la cantidad justa para disfrutar de una cena tranquila. Nos comentaron que tenían espacio para cocineros aficionados y estaban aún con desarrollo de colaboraciones gastronómicas para el local. Lo recomiendo y ánimo a ir a la gente que sepa valorar la valentía e importancia de tales iniciativas, con un modelo distinto a un negocio de restauración estándar al que estamos acostumbrados y dónde se "comparte" una cena en buena compañía. El menú esta a 9€, variado y las bebidas van a parte. Podéis de momento pagar en efectivo y ppr Bizum.
