I can honestly say this is one of the most shockingly rude restaurants I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. I know it's a long one but please bare with it ... On first impressions things seemed relaxed, the menu read very well and the location is beautiful.... our waiter was friendly and helpful and things seemed good..... until we received our food that is, we ordered four dishes and our main was a lobster paella.... which having visited Spain and it's islands on many occasions I know what one is supposed to taste like. The dish that was served was inedible as the salt content actually made you mouth pucker up and your eyeballs dry out and the empty husk of what was supposed to of been a fresh lobster was as barren and as dry as the Sahara. The waiter was called over and I actually apologised to him for the fact we were unable to eat the dish, he smiled, apologised and offered to get the manager so we thanked him and waited for the manager... our biggest mistake yet! The "boss" simply snatched our food off of the table as he mumbled in Spanish something about "English" and stomped into the restaurant only to return miniuts later claiming he had tasted it and it was fine and that maybe it's our tastes as we don't actually know what Spanish food is supposed to taste like 😳 After much debating I asked for the bill... minus the paella as it was not eaten, I was then told in a very aggressive and down right rude manner that we were all liars and we had eaten all the lobster and now didn't want to pay for it , gobsmacked I pointed out that the lobster was practically mummyfied it was that dry and empty and nobody not even the homeless guy down the road would of been able to eat it, he however got more and more intimidating and irrational that it was far to embarrassing to stand and argue over a lobster who had obviously died 2017BC and for a paella that would probably kill a horse, so we simply paid the bill in full and left. Its such a shame this restaurant is ran by such an angry little man as if he would of been polite, honest and just a little diplomatic it would of been a lovely end to our stay in the beautiful Ibiza town and we would of left a much more...
Read moreThe worst service I have ever received with in a restraunt, food was ordered incorrectly by the waiter so the waiter asked for help from the Manager as it was only her 2nd day, after waiting over an hour for our starters to arrive they tried to give us a starter that we didnt order, than had to wait another 45 minutes for our mains to arrive, when that arrived they missed a main meal for 1 of our 7 guests that they said they had missed of the order, that guest was sick of waiting so settled up his part of the bill and went somewhere else, even ordering a drink you had to ask 3 times, to top it off when we asked for the final bill it was incorrect also with them trying to charge us for the meal they said they missed off originally, food was below average, the chef recommended lobster and eggs so that's what myself and my parter ordered, it has put us off lobster for life, absolutely disgusting! On the positive its based in a lovely setting and the chips was nice, there are much better restraunts in Ibiza old town, avoid this restaurant...
