First the minus... we weren't met on arrival and wasted an hour trying to get in. I had emailed a couple of days before saying we would be flying in late so all would be sorted. We got there roughly 8pm, they had sent an email asking me to phone them on arrival but they only sent it that night!... too late, we were there and I didn't get it... thought they would be there to meet us and was starting to get worried. Anyway eventually someone turned up and we got in but you really can't rely on emails sent on the night.... it needs to be all in place earlier... which as far as I am concerned I had done!. Anyway only other negative was no taxi / car access which considering I am recovering from a very serious illness and my sister is disabled and we were next day going to a villa for 2 weeks.... we had a lot of luggage and the taxi rank is about half a mile away.... we managed... just. Travel light is my advice.||The positives.... great view, great balcony.very clean, very comfy bed, great location right on the harbour, room was very nice. Staff very nice once we got in. Read moreWe stayed here for a week. The apartment was really clean & serviced every day to a very high standard. The location of the apartment is fantastic with dozens of restaurants within 5 minute walk from the apartment. One reviewer complained about the distance to walk to the apartmnet. Strange, as we got a taxi from the airport right to the front door. There was a bit of noise at night from one of the local bars but that did not bother us too much.||||Good tip. If you happen to be here on the 8th of August, you will have the best view from the balcony of their annual fireworks display. The 8th of August is San Ciriaco, the patron Saint of Ibiza Town. It is also known as the day the Virgin, to honour Nuestra Señora de las Nieves (Our Lady of the Snows). As every year, there will be a fantastic firework display from Ibiza's port at midnight.||||Sylvie, who oversees the property is a truly lovely lady & so helpful.||||Next time we return to Ibiza, we will definitely return...
