This restaurant was just too bad. Customer service was non-existent. We were a group of three friends who wanted to pay our bill separately. But the waitress refused and said it had to be split in three equal parts. The restaurant was close to empty, and one waitress was just leaning against the wall in inquietude. Regardless, our waitress took payment from the first friend which was not an equally three split amount of the bill. How come!? So the remainder for the other two of us got even more uneven. Our waitress had a calculator with her, so what's the problem!? Taking separate payments for a group of three doesn't take 10-15 minutes as the restaurant manager previously referred to in another review response. The restaurant was close to empty and one waitress had nothing to do. Referring to an obscure fine print in the menu that separate payments are not allowed, only an equal amount for all in the group, doesn't cut it. If so, you tell the customers before taking the orders. It's just too bad of a customer service. No excuses from the restaurant manager will be considered. The croquettes were clearly frozen, they had a strange after taste and they were still cold inside. Then the huevos rotos were tasteless, the potatoes were fried from frozen too and the ham tasted like the cheap boxes of chopped ham that you can get at the supermarket, definitely not Iberian ham as advertised. For mains we tried the octopus and the sirloin steak. The octopus was hard and the portion was small, but at least it had a nice taste. The sirloin was not a sirloin at all, but a cheaper cut. I ordered it medium and it was the hardest steak I've ever eaten. I had to spit out some of it because it was impossible to chew. It was like eating rubber. Read moreOwner was downright mean, degrading and arrogant. The manager wasn’t any better. The staff took 30 mins for us to get a manager. Our strawberries tasted like garlic because the chef didn’t change the cooking and dessert knife. Also the fish served was cold. Food was overpriced. The server didn’t inform they were gonna charged me 1.5 euros for 1 cubes of ice. Also just because I got the cola from outside and server told me it’s okay but then owner came and spoke very rudely. But when we wanted to complain about garlic strawberry he disappeared.
