Cafetería Magic — Restaurant in Ibiza

Stay away, we went in here after reading good reviews and it was awful, we got an undercooked beef burger, i seen 3 people send food back in the hour I was there (there was only about 5 groups there), there was a lovely girl a (small with curly hair) and another very rude member staff, when we sent back the burger as it was undercooked, they took the meat off the burger and put it back on the grill, and brought us back out to us with the same bun and same chips, which had been sitting there for 20 minutes at that stage, they got our order wrong which resulted in a wrong bill which we ended up just paying because we didn’t want another altercation, I got a pizza which I thought was nice but every other bit of food was disgusting, don’t give them the benefit of the doubt as if your experience is anything like ours (and the rest of the people that were sending back food), you will be...

A great find. Between four of us we had a selection of tapas, chicken escalope and burger. Every dish was well met, but especially the sausage was incredibly tasty, the fried chicken perfectly crunchy, spicy and juicy inside, patatas bravas sliced and cooked perfectly. Me fui a esta sitio muriéndome de hambre. Primero nos ignoraron y ni nos dieron menús por 10 minutos mientras la gente que llegaba después de nosotros ya tenían menús. Me fui a pedirles el menú. Después, le dije a la chica primera cosa que quería era pescado con arroz. La repitió "con arroz? Okay?" Después le pedi una sangría. Y mi amigo ordenó lo de el. Me traeiron mi sangría y su comida bien rápido. Lo mío, espere 30 minutos, tratando de no tomar mi sangría y mi amigo tratando de esperar para comer conmigo. Finalmente, le pregunte a mi mesera, cuanto más tiempo va ser el pescado? Y me dio actitud y me dijo "tu nunce pediste pescada, nada más sangría" perdón, pero mi amigos escucho pedir un pescado!!! Que inútil de mesera tienes. Después, aunque casi ni tocamos ni el agua, ni mi sangría (estaba llena) y mi amigo no comió mucho de su comida, nos hicieron pagar!!!!! Para que???? Para sentarnos y ser tratados TAN rudamente!? Y después llame para preguntar para hablar con el dueño, y el rudo manager que contesto, me dijo "no, el dueño nunca va estar aquí y nunca puedes comunicarte con el, dime que es tu problema" le empeze a decir y me gritó diciendo "si tienes un problema, ven hablarme aquí en persona!!!!!"
