Burger King — Restaurant in la Jonquera

Definitely the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The burger meat was old and cold. The meat must have been cooked at least hours before because it was cold (not even reheated properly, I could barely feel any warmth on meat whet touched it), dry and shrunk. Its impossible that this burger was made in last hour or even two. The slices of cheese were cold. You could see it straight away that there was no heat near them hence they looked not melted at all. Someone just put together cold ingredients and served it. Two guys came and were ordering at self check out while I was already sitting and waiting for my burger. How come they were served first? Place is almost empty and very dirty, lots of food on the floor, chairs. Shame on you people! I am still waiting for my money back. Disgusting! I regret I didn't take pictures, I should have but don't worry you can stay dirty I will not enter this...

Ya van unas 3 o 4 veces que he ido. La primera vez fui animada porque siempre me ha gustado esta cadena. Este local NO lo recomiendo en absoluto y sólo me acerco cuando no tengo más remedio.

La primera vez nos hicieron esperar un siglo a todos los clientes. Preguntamos que por qué tardaban tanto y nos informaron de una máquina rota. Así que nos hicieron esperar una eternidad sin decirnos nada hasta preguntar. Por supuesto, a pesar de las molestias, ni disculpas, ni rebaja, ni compensación ni nada. Sólo recibimos borderías. Pensé que fue una situación aislada, pero ni mucho menos.

Recientemente fuimos la última vez e hicimos el pedido en máquina con su ticket correspondiente entregado. Pues bien, el número de pedido de una hamburguesa no coincidía con el ticket, pero es que ésta tampoco coincidía con su etiqueta pegada externa. El ticket se había impreso perfecto sin errores. La mía era sin cebolla con bacon y me la dieron sin bacon, con cebolla y de otra clase. En fin, toda esa parte del pedido estaba mal y me extrañó mucho. Ya me decidí a conformarme pero avisar del doble fallo para que no se repitan esos errores (me parecen graves porque denota sumo descuido doble) y los chicos me escucharon atentamente. A continuación se acercó una chica chula y prepotente (tal vez encargada). Sin preguntar ni dar explicaciones me tiró la hamburguesa (yo ya me la había quedado y la había empezado y pretendía acabármela más tarde). Me echó encima las culpas asegurando que habíamos aceptado el número de pedido (claro, era el correcto con el ticket, el equivocado era el de la etiqueta de la hamburguesa con otro número, grave fallo suyo ) y tuve que explicárselo. Entonces me dio la razón después de los errores y las borderías. Por supuesto tampoco se disculpó por sus malas formas.

Conclusión: no vuelvo si puedo evitarlo y hay algo abierto. Prefiero irme hasta Figueras aunque esté más lejos.

Cada vez que he ido ha sido un desastre, así que ESTE Burger King en concreto (otros son geniales) lo desaconsejo...

Just because there were a lot of people they decided to close the whole burger king. So all the people who have been waiting could not order anymore. Then we saw a lot of burgers left over so we asked if we could buy a few of them because otherwise they will be trown away. Theh told us it's not possible. 2minutes later a spanish man came by and asked the same, and then they told him it's possible. It's discrimination, just because we're tourists who can't speak spanish we couldn't get anything. Also it's really not fair to just close down everything. Really rude workers...
