Unbelievable what happened today at this place, I came starving after a long trip and I went there because there's not any other restaurant opened in the area until tomorrow, I came here many times before and I always ordered the same thing either the chicken or the lasagna or the cocktail shrimp,leaving me fairly satisfied, I never had a problem except one day that the shrimp cocktail looked extremely different from all the other times before meaning half of amount of shrimp were missing but that's the only time I complained I never complained about the chicken though, today I order chicken and it has nothing to do as the other times, it was completely dry and impossible to chew and like out of date, the server knows me because a month ago I used to eat here every single day! When I told him about the chicken he offered to make another one, and it came exactly the same way, I'm a chef and I can say the chicken from Popeyes it's a thousand times better, he complained that my taste is very upscale, so? They should be proud I choose them many times and that I'm being honest, I have a bad mole as well and I couldn't chew it and it was even impossible to cut with the knife, I said sorry forget about the chicken just make me a lasagna and they refuse it!! Don't go there, I used to go when I was new in town and didn't discovered other places,if you have a car go to la plume Amazon food and service not like carbon that they are all clueless and rude! Also I discovered that capitana is Amazing!!! That's why there's Always reservation needed but it was closed today or unoom it's also nice with great service, avoid this place with rude and clueless people and this new chicken is frozen and old and processed it's not real fresh chicken just...

We reden hier langs op zoek naar een restaurant. het uitzicht vanaf het terras heeft doen besluiten om hier te eten. Het uitzicht was zeer mooi. de serveerster kwam onze bestelling opnemen en was zeer vriendelijk. onze drankjes kwamen vrijwel gelijk aan. Het terras zat niet echt vol dus we verwachten dat alles vlot zou verlopen. Er kwam een andere ober een "starter" brengen die wij niet hadden besteld, deze bleek voor een andere tafel. vervolgens kregen we vrij vlot onze eigen "starter" knoflook brood met gesmolten kaas. en toen bleef het stil. mensen die vlak voor ons binnen kwamen waren inmiddels klaar met hun hoofdmaaltijd, en mensen die naar ons binnen kwamen zaten ook al heerlijk te eten, wij hadden echter alleen nog maar ons mooie uitzicht en een lege maag. uiteindelijk kwam er een andere serveerster die alleen Spaans sprak en vroeg of we nog iets wilde bestellen. we gaven aan dat we al besteld hadden. de kok liep op zijn gemak rond achter in de zaak en leek bezig met opruimen. de serveerster riep iets naar binnen en toen kwam er een blaadje met onze bestelling van achter de bar vandaan en werd snel naar de keuken gebracht. je zag dat er paniek uitbrak. de kok moest ineens zijn bakplaat weer op temperatuur brengen om nog snel onze maaltijd te bereiden. Helaas kreeg ik mijn hamburger "medium done" ipv goed doorbakken zoals ik graag zou willen. de serveerster had hier ook niet om gevraagd hoe ik mijn burger wilde hebben., dus heb ik het maar zo gelaten. naar dit restaurant bezoek moesten we nog 2 uur naar Orihuela rijden dus we hebben onze boorden niet leeggegeten, hebben betaald en zijn weggegaan. Toen ik naar de bar liep om af te rekenen, want de serveerster liet zich niet meer aan onze tafel zien, vroeg ik waarom het zo lang duurder, kreeg ik als antwoord dat de bakplaat nog niet heet genoeg was...Ja ja. Eerlijk gezegd zijn de burgers bij Burger King beter, we hebben nu wel genoten van het uitzicht.

I came here a number of years ago with my now sadly passed away mother. So was a nostalgic visit as well as dining out. Sadly I must say I was very disappointed at the service. The young gentleman waiter switched of completely when he heard my English accent. Treated as all will utter disregard and disrespect. Forgot my starter never enquired if our food was OK. No offer of drink refills were offered or a desert. On paying we were ignored and first Spanish guests were asked about their table preference. Again no question was our food good or our stay enjoyable. The food was good but the portions rather for children than hungry adults. I am here a number of times on business but shall definitely give this...
