A brother-and-sister team cook, serve and manage this earthy restaurant, which caters principally to the lunch crowd. Reservation is recommended as they do tend to fill up. While on a college surf trip over to Las Palmas, La Korinda hosted us all(group of 80 people) for a dinner each night for a whole week, and I have to say my experience was fantastic! Generally, I try to eat as healthily as possible, and I was well catered to at this lovely family run restaurant. The customer service never wavered, even when we ourselves may have caused a few issues. They were always happy to help with any of our queries or problems. I tried this restaurant the first day and went back every day afterwards, it is 100% gluten free and there are also many dairy free and vegan options. The food is very tasty. The owner and her staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming.
