"The customer is always right" - it's definitely not the motto of this "restaurant". Wine and papas arrugadas with mojo rojo were great. As a main dish we ordered "House mixed fried fish platter" for two. When the main course arrived and the first bite was taken, we immediately knew something was wrong. Everything was completely dried and the meal was like a chewing gum. When we politely tried to inform the staff that the dish doesn't meet our expectations and we won't eat it, we were informed that it looks exactly like in the picture shown in the menu and that we obviously had no idea what we ordered. We intended that we wouldn't pay for the dish, by that time the whole crew including the owner of the restaurant stood by our table. We were told that we either pay for the dish or they are going to call the police. We told them to do so but the police refused to come. The owner instructed a security guard to make sure we don't leave without paying. Then they brought the meal packed for takeaway and forced us to pay the full price. Read more🤔La experiencia que viví fue curiosa. Es un restaurante que siempre veo lleno, y fui con mi padre a comer. El lugar, espectacular para ver 🌊 el mar plácidamente mientras esperas el servicio, pues como parte del servicio que ahora comentaré... se lo toman con calma, a ritmo de golpito.
Así que: ✨ la brisa, ✨ las vistas ✨ y el clima en la fantástica terraza... son de Diez.
🦐🦑 La comida: habiendo probado otros lugares, he de reconocer que a lo típico canario podrían dedicarle 💗 más amor y cariño. Las papas arrugadas estaban para seguir en la olla. 🥔
Con respecto a la carta, que no la comida: 👨🏼🍳 Recomiendo que en cuanto esté el camarero en la mesa, se le pregunte qué hay en cocina, porque la carta no corresponde en muchos casos con los platos principales.
Eso sí, volviendo a la comida: 🐟 el pescadito, todo un manjar al paladar. 🦀 Los mejillones… ya va en gustos: al mío, un tanto insípidos, aunque tiernitos y naturales. Conclusión: la comida como platos principales es para probarla con tranquilidad... y hambre. 💯
📌 En cuanto al servicio: compañeros de hostelería, recordemos que el cliente no ha de recoger la mesa para que luego nos entreguen los platos mientras mira cómo lo hacemos. 🧐 Ojo con la contaminación cruzada por alérgenos. 🤓🧐 Atención profesional, aunque cercana.
