He hecho un pedido a este restaurabte y me ha desepcionado. Domingo 26 Junio 2022.

Primeramente me llama el repartidor para decirme que hay demaciadas indicación al lugar donde me encuentro, ( le pregunto qué en donde se encuentra (por si se había perdido) y me dice que en el restaurante...).

Segundo pretendía que yo le mandara ubicación al número de teléfono por el que me llamaba que comenzaba por 518 ¿hola? , Me dejaron un número de móvil para yo mandarle mi ubicación, ( ilógico por qué se supone que a ellos le salen, y va contra la política de la aplicación...),

Cuando llega el señor a traerme el pedido, tardó bastante, me dio el pedido sin esperar a que yo lo revisara.

Tercero reviso el pedido y me faltan productos, un agua que a ver como bajo la comida y los palillos que a ver cómo como..., también la ensalada china que pedí que me costó 6 euros con algo me pone que viene pollo, CANGREJO gambas, col y más ingrediente y no venía el cangrejo.

Intento ponerme en contacto con el restaurante y no hay señal, busco en Just Eat una solución, les llamo y comentó mi queja, llaman ellos al restaurante y me dan la razón, su única opción es devolverme el dinero del agua y los palillos por qué la ensalada me di cuenta más tarde.

Es la primera vez que hago el pedido ya que me fijé en las buenas críticas, pero por mi parte no la tiene ya que ha habido falta de profesionalidad por parte del restaurante como del repartidor para los 26 euros que me gasté en 5 productos incluyendo los palillos...

Hice un pedido por teléfono para almorzar hoy a las 12:45, nos dijeron que tardaban 40 minutos, tras una hora, volvimos a llamar porque no venia y la chica que cogió el teléfono dijo que ya habia salido y estaba llegando, unos 20 minutos despues de eso volvimos a llamar a ver por que no habia venido y tienen la cara de decirnos que no estabamos en casa (tuvimos que repetirle la dirección hasta 3 veces, dificil equivocarse) asi que ya pensamos que nos estaban vacilando, asi que mas de hora y media de espera, preguntamos que si nos iban a compensar por tanto tiempo, por lo que seguimos esperando. Lo mejor es que a los 5 minutos nos llaman del restaurante para saber si nos mandan o no el pedido... Le dijimos que hicieran lo que les diera la gana, que no ibamos a pagar y le colgamos. Eso ya fue el cachondeo máximo, asi que algo de educación perdimos, pero entendible si parece que se rien de nosotros, no? Llevabamos mucho con ellos sin problema, a veces tardaban un poco mas y no pasaba nada, pero lo de esta vez ha sido surrealista con las excusas. La verdad que lo unico bueno que han demostrado tener, es la comida, pero en general ya no merece la pena, lamentable.. Edito esta reseña ahora porque casi 2 horas despues, ha llegado un repartidor y ha ofrecido un descuento, obviamente le dijimos que no lo queriamos, fue un mal trato el recibido y ya habiamos pedido comida a otro sitio, el cual...
