Decent seafood, but very unprofessional service : not changing plates after the starters, so had to eat the fish with remains of winkles in our plates. took away the plates after the fish, so we had to eat the next dish (crab) directly together in the main plate - the four of us. no wet towels after the crab, or anywhere in the restaurant. The worst came when trying to pay, as their terminal apparently processed my card (pin code confirmed ok, and terminal given back to them)...but they could not produce any ticket confirming the transaction occured or was cancelled. Upon my insistance to get a void transaction receipt or at least the transaction log to confirm it didn't go through , I got flatly insulted in Spanish ("pua" and "coo" are easy enough to understand) by the lady managing the bar. Had to pay again using another terminal, and hope I didn't get double charged.

*update following owner's reply : obviously the terminal did NOT show any cancellation or transaction log, otherwise I'd simply have taken a picture of it as void transaction receipt. See in picture below what was shown when they handled the terminal back to me after my PIN code got verified. It's simply the home screen, exactly as if they had processed the payment without printing receipts.

The only explanation offered by the bar lady was that the server used the wrong terminal, and that all transactions were handled by the other one. But if she knew it was broken, why was it switched on and available to be used in the first place ? Why did her colleague use it ? As it did not stop working right there with me (she showed me all other receipts from the day were from the OTHER terminal), why didn't they simply turn it off and stop using it ?

Long story short : there are plenty of better food options in Llanes, avoid getting into complicated stories with these people. Read the reviews in Tripadvisor if you want to make your own opinion, I'm not the only one complaining.

Good place for dinner. Tasty fresh sea food. The cheesecake is just delicious. The only downside is that the inside of the restaurant is a bit claustrophobic (very small windows with no view at all that kind of made me feel very enclosed). Although they do have a small terrace with wooden tables and benches that overlooks the sea, at the time of our visit it was sadly unavailable due to the rainy weather. If you're into that kind of place then...

Hola. Nosotros comimos una parrilada de marisco para 4 aunque eramos 2 y asi lo queríamos. Reservamos mesa para 2 adentro a las 15,30 y al estar esperando nos dijo una chica que nos ponia en la terraza y habíamos reservado dentro y no quisimos. Nos sentaron a las 16,00. Los percebes la mitad vacios como quien dice. Despues nos sacaron una bandeja con langostinos, zamburiñas, navajas, necoras y bogabante que estaba todo muy bueno y a los 5 minutos otra con el centollo y el buy de mar la cual dejaba mucho que desear, seco y muy muy hecho. Las pinzas para partir no valen para nada, mejor un martillo, asi no fallas, creo que un lugar asi estas cosas las deberían tener en cuenta, es como si pido un txuleton y me dan para cortarlo un cuchillo de extender mantequilla. A las 17,15 nos viene una camararera diciendonos.... tienen que acabar ya, tenemos que preparar el otro turno( la cena imaginamos). Al final nos fuimos a las 17,30 y sin acabar claro, ya desquiciados con las pinzas y las prisas de la camarera. Si ofreceis comer a esa hora luego no pidais que nos vallamos. Es la primera vez que me dicen en un restaurante tiene que irse ya. Fuimos agusto y acabamos sin ganas de volver. Os deseo suerte en vuestra visita, nosotros...
