The restaurant is very nice and ambience is very good. Service was also very nice. We tried Paella which was the wrong choice. I think it is not the speciality of the location, from what I saw tapas seem much better. The paella is very sticky and contains a lot of seafood, which you cannot handle in a paella without creating a mess. See the pictures. Mussels, fish and small crevettes is fine, but how you should eat crabs and big gambas flesh without having the right tools to open them. Especially when they are cooked with the rice, they are completely covered in sauce and impossible to open without having the sauce and rice everywhere. A paella should not have too much sauce/juice and only seafood which can be opened / eaten effortless, such as mussels, fish, small crevettes, calamaris, etc.. Bona carta, amb varietat de productes. La qualitat del menjar és molt bona, i els preus són molt correctes. Relació qualitat preu notable. El celler és una mica just, però correcte. Bones copes. Uns xipirons bons, pernil ibèric un xic just per ser considerat ibèric però bo, braves abundants i bones i uns calamars a la romana sincerament dels millors que he menjat. De segon els macarrons a la bolonyesa no han sortit bons, sèpia a la planxa molt correcte i el filet amb salsa de múrgoles boníssim. Evidentment no era un filet perquè era molt petit, devia ser mig filet, però no m'ha estranyat gens ja que el preu (12,00€) també es correspon a la meitat d'un filet. Les postres correctes. Fins aquí tot correcte, però si la puntuació no és més alta és per dues raons: En primer lloc un detall, només un detall... però les ampolles de vi crec que s'han d'obrir a la taula davant del client, no s'han de dur obertes. I a més de portar-la oberta de la barra, el que no pot ser és que la cambrera l'agafi (recordem que venim de dos anys de pandèmica per covid-19) amb la seva ma pel coll de l'ampolla.... En segon lloc i més important, no pot ser que hi hagi més gent dreta esperant al mig del pas que asseguda menjant.... És un diumenge de febrer i hem arribat a les 13:15h i ens hem esperat més de tres quarts d'hora drets. I com nosaltres hi havia molta més gent.... Jo entenc que com que el menjar és bo i saben que ompliran cada dia, la política del restaurant sigui la de no reservar taula per no tenir taules buides. No obstant, penso que això a la llarga els hi anirà en contra. Conec altres restaurants que tenen la gran sort que com el Floc tenen la gent fent cua per menjar, però tot i així accepten reserves. Com ho fan? Utilitzen una aplicació la qual un cop tens la reserva feta reps un missatge de confirmació en que et diu clarament que si no t'has presentat al local 15 minuts després de la reserva perds aquesta reserva i el local donarà la taula a algú altre... Sense entrar en el detall que he comentat del vi, jo tornaria molt sovint a aquest restaurant perquè m'ha agradat molt la carta, el menjar i la relació qualitat/preu, no obstant segurament no hi tornaré (almenys un diumenge al migdia) degut al fet que no es pot reservar i crec que no val la pena esperar-se una hora o potser més... Very bad burgers ! Plastic burgers ! Ordered the apetizers at the terrasse; they forgot us so I had to go to the bar say hello, we are here ! We went inside because of the cold, they forgot about us again. I had to call them again my myself for them to finally come take our order ! The restaurant wasn't full but they seemed having the craziest rush ever ! I don't see any rush here. This is not a rush. This was usual shift I assume. Then 10 minutes later we received the double burger (plastic overcooked meat) and the regular burger (with many meat nerve in it). So very bad quality for something that is not the most complicated food to do ! Overall, very very bad experience and very bad burgers ! Trust me I don't post bad reviews in general but this restaurant, service and food are BAD...
