What an embarrassment to Lleida! Avoid this place!

The staff here are rude and slow. None of them speak English and the menu isn’t in English either.

We booked a table for a set time only to find they had forgotten us. Booked another table and waited to be sat inside.

We ordered our pizzas and some of us waited over 90 minutes for our pizza to arrive. When my pizza came it was burnt, dry and crumbled away when I picked it up. You can see in my photo how bad the pizza was.

Two friends received the wrong pizza or no pizza at all. Another friend received a pizza that had raw toppings.

When we complained to the staff they offered to make us another pizza. 45 minutes later, still no pizza.

I felt sick when I learned that my pizza was 15 EUR. You wouldn’t pay those prices in London so why do they feel the need to charge so much?

One of the kitchen workers seemed to care more about smoking outside than working. Another guy, the owner we think, was preparing all the food with no face mask and no gloves.

In the morning we learned that we had breached the COVID restrictions by having 17 of us at a table. Something which we weren’t aware of and something which the owner clearly didn’t care about.

In summary,

Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible...

Two different nights. First - Pasta a la Mamma short on anchovy, olives etc. Poor quality oil. Diffident service. Second (2nd chance since the pasta 1st time was correctly Al dente) , simple rigatoni with bolognese sauce tasted like liver (bleah), teeny portion, asked 2x for a bit of if (so-so) Parm. Bread w oil only table offer. Krap oil. Again, diffident service. Eggplant parm horrible. Not prefried, seemed just dumped in a sauce tossed on, tasteless. Waste of time and money. Overpriced poor quality. Run, run run away. EDIT - oh, and the 3 teeny little pieces of gummy bread dropped in the table after food arrived were TWO Euros! Basically ruined the whole night. Mala relació quantitat-preu Hem dinat la meva parella i jo. Mentre esperàvem (no teníem reserva) ens han servir un got d’aigua fresca gentilesa de la casa que, amb la calor que feia, hem agraït moltíssim. De primer, hem optat per demanar dues tapes per compartir. Hem demanat “Patatas La Imprenta” perquè no tenien patates braves. Eren força bones, patata al forn amb llonganissa, però molt poca quantitat pel preu (7,5€). Hem demanat també una ració de calamars. Novament, la ració era molt petita pel preu (13,50€), això si, molt bons. Portava quatre fulles d’amanida a la base. De segon, per compartir, hem demanat “Bucatini a la Vera Carbonara”, ració molt petita, justa inclús per a una persona, de gust força bona, però una mica fred. Preu: 12,50€. El servei ha sigut força lent (només una noia servint per unes 13-14 taules que hi ha a la part de dalt). Normalment compartim postre però ens havíem quedat amb gana així que hem fet un postre cadascú (Cheesecake, 5,60€; i Carrot Cake, 5,60€). Les racions son grans: el carrot Cake boníssim, en canvi, el pastís de formatge, l’hem deixat sencer, el gust era fortíssim… creiem que de formatge de cabra.
