TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I recently visited 58 gastrobar lloret with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that this establishment lacked basic customer service skills and efficiency.

First and foremost, the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. My party and I were left waiting for a staggering 50 minutes for a simple order of a burger and fries. The fact that we had to endure such an extensive wait for such a basic dish is mind-boggling. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant was not even crowded, so there was no excuse for the excessive delay.

As our patience wore thin, we decided to cancel our order due to the unreasonable wait time. However, instead of showing any remorse or attempting to rectify the situation, the staff displayed a shocking level of rudeness. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly disheartening.

The overall attitude of the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. It was as if our dissatisfaction was of no concern to them. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction was evident in their behavior, leaving us feeling undervalued and disrespected.

Furthermore, the lack of communication from the staff was frustrating. No updates were provided regarding the status of our order, leaving us in the dark and wondering if our meal would ever arrive. This lack of transparency only added to our growing frustration.

Considering the subpar service, the excessive wait time, and the rude behavior exhibited by the staff, I cannot in good conscience recommend 58 gastrobar lloret to anyone. I ordered paella at this place, which turned out to be a rather horrible idea. The price for a paella is on the high side, but it’s totally not worth it.

First, in the menu the price is 17€ for a paella (which is already on the expensive side when you compare it with other places), but you won’t even be able to buy it for this price, because they only can serve a 2-person paella (or more). For 34€ you would be expecting to get a very decent dish that is tasty and filling for two people.

After i ordered, i got informed that there will be no mussels, so they’ll have to replace it with other types of seafood. When the dish was brought to me, it didn’t seem like those mussels were replaced with anything, to be honest.

The paella looks good, but that’s about it. In this big pan, the dish was layered very thin, which threw me off right away. You get lots of clams, that you have to extract from their shells manually, though they barely have any meat, since they’re tiny. One of the clams was full of black inedible gunk, by the way… Shrimp was overcooked to a point, where it was really hard to peel it and it felt like eating some sort of tasteless/bitter purée, no texture of meat. Let alone the taste. It was not spiced enough, not salty enough, and had a very noticeable bitter taste. Tasted so bad, even all that lemon couldn’t make it any better.

To summarize, the paella is very expensive, not filling, and tastes awful. A very unfortunate experience. One of those where you feel like you threw your money...

It was the biggest mistake in my 4 days. I would never go there again. They're food was terrible and they overcharged our group with over 80 euros. We were a group with 20 people and after 30 minutes after we ordered, they came and told us, they don't have and more of the salmon. So we ordered a new dish. After 30 lore minutes they delivered every order except the new ones. But they calculated every dish we ordered, no matter if we got it or not The house wine and white wine was awful, so we ordered and got new wine But every glass of wine was charged on our table no matter that our waiter told us he would stand up for us. At the end we had to pay more than 80 euros for food and drinks we never got. So never go there. We thought, we are a big group, we will never have a table for ourself, that was the only reason we sat there. Bur please never do that failure.
