Steak House Jaba — Restaurant in Lloret de Mar

Very pleasant small steak house with a good selection of great tasting food.

We had the salad "de la casa" which is simply delicious and the embodiment of "freshness", the burrata is not how you know it from any Italian, also very delicious. And you should try the pan con tomate! 👌🏼

As a main dish we had Beef Tataki, served readily cut for the hot plate. Great quality of meat. 👍🏼🥩

The service is very good, friendly, speaks several languages and is very attentive.

The young, creative chef and owner sometimes also serves the guests, he is very kind and humble.

The prices are yet a bit higher than in the restaurants around, but it is absolutely justified for the quality of food.

All in all we just came back a second time for another round of great food and we did not disappointed.

Really friendly and warm host, waitresses are lovely too. The steak is top notch albeit a little overpriced as are the starters but they are very good, great burata salad. Beautiful seating area and good atmosphere. The steak is just quickly seared by the chef and you cook it to your liking on a hot plate. The host sold us on a blackcurrant cheesecake so we tried it, the cheese layer was good texture and not too sweet but the biscuit layer needed to be crunchier and the fruit topping needed more flavour. The chef/owner also shouldn't have shouted at the host/waiter when we were paying as this was about a previous bill and ours...

Amazing place! They were so kind, the person serving us couldn't speak English but tried his best and then went and got someone who could, meaning we had the only two people on staff that night waiting on us. We ordered iberico ham, tataki beef, broscheto (not sure of the spelling ) beef and a bottle of white wine. The meat was phenomenal ! It came with a mini stove top for cooking it further if you wanted at the table. Following dinner we had a cortado each. All in all one of the best date nights I've had in years. Not for those who...
