La Marina Beach Club Mallorca — Restaurant in Llucmajor

We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was by far the worst part—several of the waiters were incredibly rude and inattentive. None of them spoke any Spanish, which was surprising and inconvenient for a restaurant in Spain. Fortunately, our group spoke English, but I can’t imagine how difficult it would’ve been otherwise.

From the start, we were met with eye-rolling, scoffing, and a general attitude that made us feel unwelcome. We were a large group and clearly stated upfront that we’d be paying separately. They said it was fine—but when it came time to settle the bill, they were visibly annoyed and made the process unnecessarily chaotic and difficult to manage.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the staff were nowhere to be found when we needed anything. Most were either on their phones or standing around doing nothing. We had to wave them down multiple times just to get basic service, and even then, requests for things like water or condiments were frequently forgotten.

We ordered alioli to go with our paella and were fine with paying extra, but being charged six euros for a small portion felt excessive.

Overall, the atmosphere was tense and unpleasant, and the service was shockingly poor. It’s a shame, because the food had potential—but the experience was so stressful that we...

During our 8-day holiday in S'Arenal, we discovered Marina Beach Club on the first night and ended up having dinner there every single evening. That's how good it is! ​The restaurant has a beautiful terrace, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. A massive thank you to our waiters, Will and Roberto! They were brilliant – fast, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We also have to mention the waiter's assistant from Morocco, whose name we unfortunately forgot. He greeted us with a smile every single evening, always made sure we were okay, and was incredibly attentive. Even the managers were super welcoming, and by the end of our trip, they made us feel like family. On our last night, they hugged us and thanked us for visiting, which was a very heartfelt gesture. ​Over the week, we tried almost everything on the menu: pizza, burgers, paella, octopus, and salmon. Every single dish was delicious and cooked to perfection. To make things even better, every time Will and Roberto served us, my girlfriend and I received a complimentary "Hierbas mixtas" or "vodka caramelo" on the house. ​If you are ever on holiday in S'Arenal, Mallorca, I recommend this place with all my heart. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a wonderful experience....

Déjà on arrive au restaurant avec réservation et les serveurs ne trouvent plus la réservation… donc attente de 15min en attendant qu’une table se libère.

Nous avions eu Sirri comme serveuse, une serveuse pas accueillante et pas aimable qui nous donnait juste l’envie de partir ! On ne parle pas espagnol donc c’était compliqué de communiquer mais elle ne m’était aucune bonne fois pour nous comprendre et elle tirait juste la gueule.

Ensuite pour la commande il nous demande directement en même temps les boissons, l’entrées et les plats !! Alors que nous pensions qu’on aurait encore du temps pour choisir les plats.

On a du attendre 20min pour juste avoir un cendrier et dès couverts et pour le plat je n’en parle même pas !

Par contre les plats était bons et c’était un jolie restaurant avec une belle vu.

Les toilettes n’étaient pas propre et sans papier toilette.

Et pour finir en beauté la serveuse SIRRI ne nous a pas laisser payé séparément il fallait encaisser toute la commande en même temps ! du jamais vu !! Alors une personne à dû payer pour tout le monde.. je n’imagine pas les tables de 15 personnes entre amis qui doivent payer en une fois … enfin bon.

N’Y ALLER PAS !!

Ya llegamos al restaurante con una reserva y los camareros ya no encuentran la reserva... así que esperamos 15 minutos esperando que quede una mesa disponible.

Teníamos a Sirri como camarera, una camarera poco acogedora y antipática que simplemente nos hizo querer irnos. No hablamos español así que fue complicado comunicarnos pero ella no era muy buena entendiéndonos y solo estaba enojada.

Luego para el pedido nos pide directamente al mismo tiempo las bebidas, los entrantes y los platos!! Aunque pensábamos que todavía tendríamos tiempo de elegir los platos.

Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos solo para conseguir un cenicero y cubiertos y para el plato principal ¡ni siquiera hablo de eso!

Por otro lado, los platos estaban buenos y era un lindo restaurante con una hermosa vista.

Los baños no estaban limpios y sin papel higiénico.

Y para terminar con estilo la camarera SIRRI no nos dejó pagar por separado ¡tuvimos que cobrar todo el pedido al mismo tiempo! jamas visto !! Entonces una persona tenía que pagar por todos... No me imagino las mesas de 15 personas entre amigos que tienen que pagar a la vez... bueno.

We already arrive at the restaurant with a reservation and the waiters can no longer find the reservation... so we wait 15 minutes while waiting for a table to become available.

We had Sirri as a waitress, an unwelcoming and unfriendly waitress who just made us want to leave! We don't speak Spanish so it was complicated to communicate but she wasn't very good at understanding us and she was just being angry.

Then for the order he asks us directly at the same time for the drinks, the starters and the dishes!! Although we thought we would still have time to choose the dishes.

We had to wait 20 minutes just to get an ashtray and cutlery and for the main course I'm not even talking about it!

On the other hand, the dishes were good and it was a nice restaurant with a beautiful view.

The toilets were not clean and without toilet paper.

And to finish in style the waitress SIRRI did not let us pay separately we had to cash the whole order at the same time! never seen !! So one person had to pay for everyone... I can't imagine the tables of 15 people between friends who have to pay at once......
