El Pepito — Restaurant in Los Realejos

We went there and got 2 times the wrong food… after that they gave us a bill witch was totally to high.. after I looked up and saw that the price of the meals wasn’t right I told them and they said they changed the price today and on the cart there was still an old one… I didn’t believe them because we ordered different kind of food and they wanted to charge for each piece 3,20€. After I said I won’t pay that, they gave me another bill, I paid because I was annoyed. Then I calculated and I noticed they still took 4-5€ more. I don’t recommend this bistro !!! My partner and I went to El Pepito twice during our stay at Panoramica Garden. The staff is very friendly and this café operates on a very convenient schedule. One of the times, they served us dinner after 11pm! Which was a life saver, as it was our first night in Tenerife and we were starving after travelling from Portugal. They have a nice variety of tapas, very basic menu, but the food is tasty and the the fresh orange juice was delicious. Would definitely recommend if you need a place to go for a quick bit in the middle of the day or late in...

He estado hoy durante el market place en la cafetería. Tengo una niña pequeña e iba con su botella de agua. Hemos pedido 2 cafés porque ya habíamos almorzado. Después de un rato en la cafetería y haber consumido en ésta lo comentado, una de las camareras, de muy mal gusto y dando golpes con las sillas de la mesa de al lado, delante de otros clientes, comienza a verbalizar en voz alta: "encima con una botella de agua, 2 cafés y 4 personas". Le respondo que la botella es de mi hija pequeña y que estábamos consumiendo al igual que la que estaba al lado con una copa y llegó antes que nosotras. Se da media vuelta y se va con muy malas formas. Considero que las cosas se dicen de otra forma y que, seamos clientes o no, hay que respetar a las personas, sobre todo, cuando estamos al frente de un negocio de cara al público.
