Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Málaga

Ordered a pizza at 6.30pm. It is now 8.15pm, my pizza has finally been delivered. It is stone cold, and I had to speak to the rudest woman on the phone in order to get it. She hung up on me once, before finally talking to me.

They tried to tell me that my street only went up to house number 7. When I was stood outside my door at number 9, for 1 hour waiting for them to show. My street curves round a corner and crosses with another street, so that is why I always wait outside, however, no one even showed! The order just said 'cancelled' after being 'out for delivery' for less than 2 minutes. Clearly, they just cancelled it after putting the address into the SatNav. The store and my house is a 6 minute drive away, so I know that they couldn't have come out.

Finally when they sent my pizza after a very rude phone call with a lady, I was greeted by a man who tried to tell me that my address was wrong and was pointing at the street signs. However, my address is in fact correct, as one side of the street is one address, and my side is another. He didn't even bother to walk 10 years to see that there was in fact a number 9. Finally, I paid for my pizza and he left.

After sitting down, all of my food was cold. It had clearly been out of the oven for the entire duration of the 1 hour, and they hadn't bothered to make fresh ones. I spent 19 EUR on a pizza, two sides and a drink, and it was all disgusting. The pizza was not cut, and everything was cold a chewy.

I will not be ordering from here again, as I feel I would get a better service elsewhere. Customer treatment was disgusting. They didn't even say sorry for THEIR MISTAKE, nor offer discount on this/future meals. Awful,...

Reseña para Domino's El Palo. Dia 14 Agosto 2021. Compramos 4 pizzas, en promocion vaya bodrio de pizzas, el tomate es fortísimo, parece que se trate de una salsa de tomate sin sofreír aunque sea un poco, hemos probado la masa finizzima según decia la publicidad, y os podemos asegurar 4 personas que las hemos cenado que cualquier pizza baratucha congelada es mejor que esta fina. Los ingredientes de la estravaganzza como el pimiento y la cebolla crudos en trozos desiguales, la carne que son como bolitas insipida e inexistente, se supone que llevaba peperoni pero ni rastro de ese sabor picante, la 4 quesos era mala solo se notaba el roquefor y apenas un poco, muy secas y los ingredientes parece que les cuesten los dineros porque venian justitos. La de jamon y queso tan ramplona que no te incitaba a probar otro trozo, en general aburridas, sin carisma, ninguna reseñable y para estar en promoción su precio de 6,50 no vale la calidad que te ponen hablando de la pizzeria Domino's abierta en El palo, donde antes estaba el pommodoro que eran pizzas de base congeladas, pero es que estas no se quedan atrás. El dia que se terminen las promociones pagar 22,50 por una mediana o 30 euros por una familiar, de locos. Gastate tu dinero en cualquiera de las pizzerias del palo como Voy volando (3 pizzas a 18 euros infinitamente mejores que estas) o el Telepizza al menos no tiraras tu dinero. Encima después de darnos las pizzas nos dieron un sobre para meter otro flyer de su misma publicidad y un iman para la nevera, desperdiciando un sobre, un flyer y un iman bastante feo por cierto que solo sirve para tener el telefono que ya teniamos y que cualquiera puede tener con buscar en google y un qr para descargar su app, todo un ejercicio de nulo compromiso con el medio ambiente y de desperdicio de recursos y materiales en la sociedad de las app que todo el mundo conoce asi que ni por eso se salvan. The wait time for Dominos when eating in is always a pain, given that they have so little tables for customers we sometimes find ourselves waiting 15-30 minutes for a table to eat in. In this respect, Dominos is not your typical eat-in restaurant and never has been. but they have one offer which is 7.50 all you can eat, but its only available for eating in! We ordered 2 pizzas and wanted to take one away but they wouldn't let us.

I suppose this review is for Dominos as a whole and not just this branch in particular, but i can't be biased, if you can't offer the service, why offer...
