El Corte Inglés - Gourmet Experience — Restaurant in Málaga

We ordered 2 burgers without bacon, and two drinks. one burger arrived how we liked that is fine . Second burger not arrived, we asked again two times where is second burger and where is drinks . They ordered second burger . We waited for second burger. Still no drinks we asked 3 different waiters each one very friendly said they will bring quickly, never arrived. While we waiting our forgotten burger they brink 3 different plate of food and asked if we ordered 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ and I just noticed not only us they asking everyone till they find out who ordered that food . REALLY ??? Yes they do . Already 1 min past my burger half can’t wait any longer for drinks. Second burger arrived with bacon 🥓🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ my friend said doesn’t matter. I believe it was someone’s ordered whatever he had burger, still no drinks we asked again ofcorse very nicely they said they bringing. After more fife 5 my burger finish my friend burger half because we did wait for drinks. Finally I should where is our drinks , I feel very bad but couldn’t hold any more 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Finally they did bring our drinks but was wrong however burger was nice service was unforgettable as you can imagine . I thought better if I share my experience with you all . Con el descuento del 50% en El Tenedor el precio es asombrosamente bajo.

El restaurante está en el interior de El Corte Inglés, lo que le quita encanto. Tienes la opción de salirte a la terraza a comer, pero allí no hay servicio de mesa: tienes que coger tu plato, cubiertos y bebida y llevártela tú mismo a la terraza y buscar una mesa, como si estuvieras en el McDonald's. Y si quieres tomar algo más tienes que entrar de nuevo y caminar hasta el restaurante.

En cuanto a la chica que nos atendió, bastante seca y distante y también recordaba al empleado de un McDonald's más que a la camarera de un italiano.

En resumen, comida de calidad y servicio de una hamburguesería.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: Fuimos un segundo día y ya desastre total:

De antipasti unos Rollitos de berenjenas rellenos de carne, gratinados con mozzarella y parmesano que apenas tenían un poco de queso espolvoreados por encima pero que estaban cubiertos de tomate frito.

Pedimos unos Tagliolini que de puro finos más parecían espaguetti y completamente pasados, hechos una auténtica plasta como si fuera una tortilla (se pueden ver en la foto) y que no fuimos capaces de comer.

Además un Carpaccio classico, que era lo único que estaba bien (tampoco es que tenga mucho truco). Por desgracia, pedimos aceite de oliva y en su lugar nos dieron vinagre balsámico. En la oscuridad de la terraza no nos dimos cuenta y al poner el supuesto aceite acabamos bañando el carpaccio (y la mesa, porque salía a borbotones) con vinagre.

Nadie limpió la mesa (las camareras de la pizzería no atienden en la terraza) y lo que hicieron fue retirar el carpaccio, limpiarlo someramente de vinagre y volver a servirlo (seguía apestando a vinagre balsámico).
