We intended to go to this branch of KFC even though we knew parking was difficult. But we were disappointed after pressing the menu selection machine, we couldn't pay and were given a ticket number 60. Buenas tardes me encuentro en el KFC de calle Pacífico, ha sido una experiencia más bien desagradable, cuando le he pedido mayonesa me ha contestado muy borde diciendo que había que pagarla y me parece genial, no tengo ningún problema pero no son las maneras ni las formas de dirigirse a un cliente, cuando me ha puesto cuatro sobres de ketchup, le he dicho que por favor que me de un par de ellos más porque llevamos cuatro hamburguesas y dos patatas, y me ha dicho que no que son dos ketchups por patatas y le he dicho disculpe es que llevo cuatro hamburguesas y dos patatas y nos gustaría dos sobrecitos de ketchup más. Y ha vuelto a ponerse altiva diciendo que no me puede dar más porque los tiene contado pero tampoco de la mejor forma, ni para nada simpática. Además algo que también me parece fatal y me llama muchísimo la atención es que pone que me ha tendido Jonathan y es una chica que en su chapa pone NANY. MIENTRAS ESTÁBAMOS COMIENDO, aquí viene el peor mal trago de todos... Entran dos niñas al local directas para el baño, y esta mujer la que me ha atendido tan poco amable y agradable se ha dirigido corriendo hacia las dos niñas gritándole "dónde vais?!?!?!!? donde vais?!!??!!!!??" Y las dos niñas con miedo vergüenza y las caras Rojas le dicen "al baño"🥺 les dice "no no!! aquí no! Si no comprais no!!" Una de ellas le ha dicho "porfa me hago caca" y las ha echado y ha echado la llave del baño y me he sentido muy mal 🤬😡 Las niñas salieron mirando a los comensales muy avergonzadas.

Por cierto no he podido sentarme en la mesa que me hubiera gustado junto a la ventana porque está sucia. He estado mas de una hora allí y nadie la limpió, el local...
