If there’s a place in Málaga where the beer tastes better, laughter flows like the sea, and the service is so warm it feels like home, that place is Moby Dick. But hold on, it’s not just because of its cozy atmosphere or its nautical decor that takes you straight into the heart of an epic novel. No, the real magic of this bar is called Eduardo and Karima.
Eduardo: The Captain of the Bar
Eduardo is not just a bartender; he’s a navigator of good vibes. With his unmistakable smile and his ability to remember your order even if you change it every week, this man could sell sand in the desert, but what he serves here are perfect drinks and a cheerful spirit that brightens any afternoon.
Karima: The Queen of the Sea
And then there’s Karima, who doesn’t just serve tables, she conquers them! With her natural elegance and a sense of humor that could bring the tiredest soul back to life, Karima turns every visit into a unique experience. She’ll make you feel so special you’ll start thinking you’re a VIP, even if you only order sparkling water.
The Place
Together, Eduardo and Karima make Moby Dick not just a place to visit, but an experience you’ll want to repeat over and over again. The menu? Fantastic. The cocktails? Incredible. But what truly hooks you is that feeling of being surrounded by friends, even if it’s your first time.
My Advice
If you haven’t been to Moby Dick yet, what are you waiting for? Go, order a beer, a cocktail, or whatever you fancy, but don’t miss the chance to meet Eduardo and Karima. They are, without a doubt, the best bartenders in the world.
Final Note: Be ready to stay longer than you planned, because here, time stops, and the stories, laughter, and good vibes are the real menu of the day. See you...
Read moreHaving visited Málaga last summer on a school trip, we had a wonderful experience at the Moby Dick restaurant. This lounge offers a wide range of traditional Spanish dishes with a lively atmosphere and a service with a smile.
Located near the beach, people can enjoy wholesome food with a tranquil view of the sea. I highly recommend this restaurant for both seafood lovers and people who have not tried paella yet. If you are in Málaga and looking for a hearty meal with a variety of dishes and drinks, you have to try it out.
From my perspective, having never tried seafood before, the traditional “paella” was one of the best dishes I have ever tried. It was a plate piled high with shrimps, mussels, rice, vegetables and unique ingredients. In addition, other dishes such as caesar Salad were so delicious, that I had to lick my lips. However, if you are not really into seafood and traditional fish-based dishes, the rerstaurant also offers meals without fish. Despite that, with my friend group we have been to other restaurants as well, Although, none of the meals tasted as good as those in Moby Dick.
Being a bustling restaurant, €20 a head is reasonable, especially considering that you won’t leave famished.
Were I to sum up, from my memorable Spain trip this restaurant is the most outstanding due to the wide range of its offer. If you visit Málaga by any chance, I highly recommend...
Read moreWe choice to have dinner at ,,Moby Dick,, this evening. Everything was really good, the starter named ,,Moby Dick Platte,, was good. Then the second course was comming, ,,Tikka Masala,, was good, but my ,,Moby Dick Burger,, was like the meat was burn from the ground or really old, one side was like a sponge, and the other half like briquettes. The service girl was really friendly and was translating that I should get other burger, not ,,Moby Dick,, becouse the meat is not good(don't really understand what she wanted to say), but I got an American Burger, that one was ok, the meat was again like really dry, but I didn't complain. She was asking if everything is ok and that we will get a discount, I thank her and say that is not a problem. When the check comming, I have to note that was from another kellner, there was nothing in discount. I'm not sad that we didn't get any discount, but don't say that we are gonna get one when there is not going to happen... Or was just not communication between the two, what maybe they should improve. Anyway, I do not recommend this restaurant and I won't get back there...
