I was so excited to eat here because it was recommended and the reviews are so good. Loads of people said how kind and helpful the staff was, however, for me they walked by us multiple times without noticing us. We waved, spoke, and I even got up to ask if we could pay. I’m very disappointed in this encounter. We saw the staff help and wait on everyone else but we were forgotten. After they gave us the check we waited 25 minutes for them to let us pay. It was almost 11pm so we ended up going inside to ask to pay. Then after the guy said gracias and left us with the bill and plate in our hands. We would have ordered more but it seemed as if our presence was bothersome. The croquettes were good but the solomillo lacked flavor. I hope someone reads this to help with a solution. Read moreThis restaurant looked busy judging by the street side patio when we arrived. We went in and we were gladly offered a table up on the second level. This was at about 9:15 p.m. We had this room to ourselves until about 10:00 p.m. then it started to fill up. By 10:15 it was packed. The food was good - a bit above average. I had the Bulls Meat Steak and it was very tender. I enjoyed it. My wife was told to order the Cod which she did but she did not enjoy it - she found it salty. It was hard to get the cheque when it was time to leave because it was so busy. Bye the way, the adjoining Roman Arch is part of the restaurant so that was pretty interesting.
