BURGERJAZZ™ — Restaurant in Madrid

I think this is the best burger I’ve ever tried. It’s somewhere we will order once per week and their fries and burger are both real good. Sure, there are other places that have a to die for type of burger, but usually it would be like 20-30 euro. Jazz burger is not just more affordable but also the quality and taste is superb. We’ve always been tempted to order some burgers while walking our dog. One advice I’ll give is to order your burgers online and pick it up at the store. You will receive a good discount. Oh, and order the cheese dip for the fries.

Another advice is that once you get your burger, hurry home and eat it. Turn on your Netflix, open up a beer…life can get any better. 😎

An interesting détour in a neighborhood that is becoming gentrified. Burger Jazz proposes qualitative burgers for a fair price. The shop is quite small and does not have a lot of seats apart from outside. The description of the burgers is not put in the indication panel, and the ordering machine wasn't working well. Como profesional de los detalles —y de las buenas maneras— me atrevo a decir que BurgerJazz no es simplemente una hamburguesería: es una orquesta afinada de sabor, atención y calidad. Vine con la intención de compartir una imagen de mi comida… pero fue tal la explosión de sabor en el primer bocado, que lo único que pudo salir en la foto fue el plato vacío. Literal.

Las hamburguesas artesanales son de otro nivel: carne jugosa, pan fresco con el equilibrio perfecto entre esponjoso y crujiente, ingredientes seleccionados con mimo, y combinaciones que sorprenden sin perder la esencia clásica del buen gusto. La atención al cliente es impecable, el local tiene una estética moderna con toques de jazz y alma americana, y el ambiente invita a quedarse más tiempo del planeado.

Para quienes buscan una hamburguesa en Madrid con carácter, calidad y un toque distinto, BurgerJazz se convierte rápidamente en referente. No exagero si digo que es de las mejores hamburgueserías que he probado en la ciudad.
