   Read moreI am slightly disappointed due to 3 reasons: I made a booking that was lost. I called restaurant a day earlier and my name was not there. Luckily there were tables, instead of take us without much discussion we were at the entrance without much reason Table had much air, too close to the terrace. We asked to change a table but was refused since "other tables were booked". Well.I did book too and making auch request could soften my shame to n front of my invited friends. Dont get the octopus, it was terrible as a starter. Restaurant has hight aspirations but I was not surprised compared to other Peruvian places like Inti de Oro. Ceviche was OK, as expected. But after a few dishes, I think even neighbourhood local bars like Aji y Sillao have better service and tastier stuff. Overall, disappointment and not willing to repeat. I didnt feel to take food photos and my friends were making jokes of the place after all those stuff... Al llegar al punto de llamar a la policia por la pĂ©sima atenciĂłn, no respetar derechos y tener actitudes osadas que al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones nos dijeron que no nos las iban a dar y al intentar hacer respetar nuestros derechos como consumidores nos dijeron "llamen a la policĂa a ver a quien le cree".
Hicimos una reserva por telĂ©fono, en la cual nunca nos indicaron que debĂamos confirmar vĂa email, ni lo detalla en ningĂșn apartado. Por nuestra parte, unos amigos llegaron primero y preguntaron por la reserva y les dijeron que la reserva no habĂa sido confirmada por lo que no podĂan quedarse. Frente a esto, llamamos, ya que sabĂamos que habĂamos realizado la reserva y nos dijeron que vayamos, que podrĂan hacer una excepciĂłn, por lo que fuimos desde lejos y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenĂan espacio cuando el restaurante tenĂa solo 3 mesas ocupadas. AcogiĂ©ndonos a la respuesta que nos habĂan brindado telefĂłnicamente que fuĂ©ramos porque nos iban a atender pero Ășnicamente hasta las 22h, procedimos a solicitar una hoja de reclamaciĂłn, ya que segĂșn la encargada habĂamos ido con ganas de discutir y no de comer que por eso no nos daba soluciones. Finalmente, al solicitar la hoja de reclamaciĂłn nos dijeron que no nos la iban a dar porque no habĂamos consumido nada y es lamentable que siendo encargada de un restaurante no sepas los derechos de los consumidores, que la hoja de reclamaciĂłn se debe dar en cualquier caso, ya que en el momento que se hizo la reserva previa, incluso sin haber confirmado, ya somos clientes. La policĂa se encargo de explicarles ese detalle. Pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo, la atenciĂłn pĂ©sima ya habĂa escuchado comentarios negativos pero quisimos darle una oportunidad y definitivamente nos dejaron claro que no estĂĄn capacitados y que el restaurante es solo "el nombre" porque por lo demĂĄs...
