Cheers Karaoke — Restaurant in Madrid

Ok place for karaoke in the centre but you have to download an app and create a user account with email and passwords before being able to access the song list and order your songs. I used to come here before CoViD , it was much better in those days and i enjoyed coming here, and you were given a songbook to order your songs and staff treatment was better. Now its all with apps and passwords and creating user accounts which maybe is not good for visitas or tourists. Other karaoke venues in the centre of Madrid or close to the centre such as Central Park have a better method of ordering songs and better service from staff. Waitress here right now doesn’t care very much for the customers who want to sing but good at serving drinks professionally. I asked her if it is only possible to order songs with app or with songbook and she said only app but didn’t offer any support or guidance to access QR codes or the app...

The best karaoke in Spain I dare to say! Doesn’t matter if you come alone or with all your friends. You’ll meet so many amazing people here that’ll will make you feel at home wherever home might be! The name is so appropriate, like the tv show of the 80’s. Highly recommend place to come, sing and feel at home! Drinks are at a very reasonable price!

We've been here several times, and while the drinks were always overpriced (4€ for a tercio, but that's fairly typical for the area), the karaoke was fun and there was a good vibe. Plus the bar staff is friendly and quick.

Now they've changed to requesting songs via an app that barely functions. We were there for 3 hours and not a single song we requested showed up, and there were several people who had 3 or 4 songs in a row. Plus you can't even hear anyone unless you stand directly in front of the stage.

The system is super flawed and it ruins the fun, especially now that they've started charging a 12€ cover from 11pm onwards to...
