This restaurant had 0 vegetarian options. There was huge sign "vegetarian lasagna" so went Inside. They told us there is no Lasagne anymore. So we got beer and olives as the free tapas. At least the olives where good. Then we ordered a salad. A salad for 13(!) Euro. My expectation was there will be a big salad. Like a full meal. Me and my friend got an appetizer sized salad for this amount of money. It wasn't even that good. Not much dressing and my salad was just baby spinach leaves with a bit of corn and two slices of tomato and on it cheese. We also talked to the waitress and said what thought about our food. She was laughing and said "what do you think a salad is, what are you expecting!?" And she went away laughing! Sorry but this is not even a good way to handle critic! This was the last visit. Although a girl came to our table and said she had a similar problem Here and she recommended we should go to a different restaurant in the inner city because it's much better than Here and they are also disappointed. A big no from us !

Sangria was great. The food was good but it didn’t meet our expectations. The olives we got were a bit soggy and had kind of a stale taste to me, my friend didn’t mind them though. I ordered andalusian squid, it was tasty but I was disappointed there is no side dish or/and a sauce. The waitress was really nice but her english wasn’t the best, if that wasn’t the case maybe she could’ve given me a better description of the dish. It is quite possible if I had ordered something else my review would have been higher. So ask more about the menu. Overall it was not a bad experience, but we weren’t wowed either. The place has such an authentic vibe and looks great.

My wife and I arrived at our hotel in Madrid around 8:30, unpacked, and then went looking for dinner. We found this beer and tapas bar that looked to be full of locals just a couple blocks away. We were warmly greeted and asked to sit at the bar instead of the dining room because it was more cozy. We ended up getting the best bartenders/waiters who were originally from Ecuador and Uruguay. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed my Catalonian soup and bowl of mussels. My wife couldn't believe the vegetarian lasagna was as good as it was. Definitely not an overpriced place, and provides a nice homey feel.

This is the first time I have given a restaurant a one star review. My husband and I recently had lunch here and it was a horrible experience. We sat in the restaurant, not the bar, for the menu of the day. It took over an hour before our first course arrived (an already prepared lentil soup). I have no idea what the issues were, but service was equally bad at all the other tables. People were not happy. It took 2hrs to get our very uninspired lunch. My salad was not dressed. Dessert was literally a banana on a plate. Please don't eat here, or at least not in the restaurant. Maybe the bar is better. There are many other better options for food in the...
