I had such a great experience at Mad Brewing. The beer and food are very good. It's some of the best craft beer I've had in Spain. The brisket is a massive portion. It was very good, but I couldn't finish it on my own. I tried my best. I had a very nice tour of the production facility as well. The staff is very attentive and informed about the different beers they offer. They also sell cans and bottles of other craft beers from the region. I can't recommend it enough. It is located down an alley, and it may be hard to find. The coordinates are correct - just follow the alley until you see the sign. They also have a comedy club upstairs that overlooks the brewery and cellar. How cool! I can't wait to come back next time I am in Madrid.

We decided to check out the taproom of this brewer, which we found through Google. Honestly, we were very surprised to discover a functioning place with excellent craft beer and high-quality food. It was a pleasant surprise that the barman spoke English and was quite friendly. He recommended a fantastic NEIPA in cans since it wasn’t available on tap at the moment. For food, we ordered the Brisket en Agua de Fuego with baked potatoes. It was just one portion, but it turned out to be more than enough for the two of us. The flavors exceeded all our expectations. Thank you 👍

Simply - go somewhere else. We went there on a friday evening and sat on a free table. The (from now on) ineffable waiter asked us whether we had a reservation, which we didn't. Apparently the inexpensive metal or wooden signs for "reserved" haven't resched these far-off, god forsaken ends. So we waited to be seated. Finally we were, on a shared table. Some (long) time later, the ineffable waiter reappeared, to tell us the crowd who had booked our shared corner had phoned on their way , so we had to leave - again. I told the ineffable waiter we had been seated there, in spite of the hugs and kisses with the new, late comers. So draw your own conclusions. Go somewhere better (anywhere) or be cannibalised by the...
