I had such a great experience at Mad Brewing. The beer and food are very good. It's some of the best craft beer I've had in Spain. The brisket is a massive portion. It was very good, but I couldn't finish it on my own. I tried my best.
I had a very nice tour of the production facility as well. The staff is very attentive and informed about the different beers they offer. They also sell cans and bottles of other craft beers from the region. I can't recommend it enough.

Go somewhere better (anywhere) or be cannibalised by the...

Honestly, we were very surprised to discover a functioning place with excellent craft beer and high-quality food. It was a pleasant surprise that the barman spoke English and was quite friendly. He recommended a fantastic NEIPA in cans since it wasn’t available on tap at the moment. For food, we ordered the Brisket en Agua de Fuego with baked potatoes. It was just one portion, but it turned out to be more than enough for the two of us. The flavors exceeded all our...
