I had an experience worth of a 5-star restaurant. The sushi rice was almost spot on, the seasoning was just a little bit too sweet, with a good stickiness without being soggy, congratulations for that. I had tuna and salmon both as a hosomaki and a nigiri sushi and I was very pleased with the freshness of the fish and also found the fish cuts to be very appealing to the eye, as the cuts were longer than the nigiri beneath it. We also had ebi fry and it was fried the way it should be done in my opinion. Most of restaurants deep fries the shrimp using an oil hotter than the recommended resulting in an undercooked shrimp when the outer batter becomes golden brown, but this didn't happen...

If you select well, some food is delicious. I really enjoy the rolls, especially pasión roll, tempura uramaki, maki crispy pato, maki crispy salmon. I also really like takoyaki de pulpo, wan-tun. The baos are just OK, good size and tasty but a bit difficult to eat without knife. The caramelized chicken is just ok. Lunch menu is available but tasting just OK.
The best is their spacious and quiet terrace with shade, in summer. They also have a dining room at the back.
