The worst customer service ever! I only wanted a bottle of water and a lady there I guess it was the owner didnt seem very happy at my request... I think even if I had only purchased water I had the right to sit down at their tables. As soon as I sat down a man I guess it was the owner too came to my table and just stood there... I told him I was having some water I had purchased from there... he turned round and left.... Then came the saga of the loo... I needed to use it and as soon as I entered the restaurant I was approached my the same lady again with very bad manners and was told I was not allowed as there was a race taking place and many runners had taken advantaged to use the toilet.... I was a customer even if I had just purchased water !!!!! Never again will I step in that restaurant!! I just turned round the corner and had an amazing dinner in a place where my husband and myself where treated with the best customer service ever!!! Me and my family were looking to get some water for the beach. As the kiosk nearby was closed, we found this restaurant. There was an individual (male) sitting outside which seemed like the owner of the establishment.

I proceeded to ask him if he sold any water- he said yes. Unfortunately, we didn't have any spare change on us , so I asked whether we could pay with card. He rudely replied by headshaking his head and saying no. He also refused to supply any water from the tap. I must say that this action is contrary to the Spanish regulations/legislations as a law was introduced in Spain whereby restaurants and bars are obliged to provide free tap water to their customers. (He failed to do so).

I cannot judge the food from this place because I haven't been to eat, but just by the way that he treated us, I will never eat or...

My wife and I have been to this fish and chips restaurant a few times now and we have never had a bad meal. The owners who work there are always polite and friendly to us and remember us even though we return when we are in Spain as we live in UK. We have just lunched there and yet again the fish was excellent (we had cod) the chips were also excellent and their home made tartar sauce is very good. The batter on each piece of fish was very light and very crunchy even after adding vinegar to it. Brilliant fish and chips shop. We will definitely be returning to this place. Thank you guys for...
