Tried to call them 6 times to make a reservation but no answer. So we went there without reservation. After they helped 2 couples that arrived after us, they told us they did not have a table unless we waited for about 20 to 50 minutes. I told them that we arrived before the other couples who got a table or slot, but that did not seem to bother them. They also told us they do not pick up the phone if they are fully booked. What if we wanted to book a table for another day??

I am regular customer but today it was already tooo much. The only 5 I can give for a food. It's good and price OK but service..... Unavailable bad! U need to wait to make an order, to get your food, to ask for another drink ( no one is willing to ask from the staff when your glass is empty), to get your bill!
