BBQ-GRILL Elviria — Restaurant in Marbella

Last Sunday we came to your restaurant to celebrate my son’s visit to Spain, to a proper restaurant , we thought. We had a 3 month old baby with us. We wanted to sit inside, because we wanted to place the baby on the table in its basket, not on the floor. That was not fine for the man waiter. We wanted to put us outside, at the terrace; under the loundspeakers. Two of us ordered meat, two of us fish. With the dishes you had to order everything else as ‘Siders’. Made the dishes even more expensive than they were already. Well, the meat came without the sider salsas. We had to go ourselves to the kitchen to get the salsas. They had forgotten them ! Persones who ate the meat, finished their plate before the ONE fish dish came. They had forgotten that there were two of us who wanted to eat fish !! Our 8,50 euros minimalistic salad had two (!) salad stocks . Well, We had no time time to wait for the other fish dish to be prepared. We had to hurry to the airport. My son’s family was leaving. Excellent. I've been coming to Elviria for over 20 years and bizarrely this is the first time I've been to this restaurant. I wish I had come sooner. Everything was excellent. The decor is simple and classic and the ambiance is relaxed and chilled. The staff are attentive but unobtrusive and as for the food, we were blown away. It was superb. We would definitely come again. Excellent quality food, exquisitely cooked and beautifully presented, fair prices and really good wine selection. I'm absolutely kicking myself for not coming here before. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

EDIT Apparently this place has only been open for a year so I don't feel so bad about not coming here...

Very bad service and rude waiters!

I would like to clarify the situation since your response does not reflect what actually happened. I sat down with my friend and asked for a glass of cava. The waitress immediately told me that this is a restaurant and I need to order food as well. I confirmed several times that we would order food, yet she and her colleagues repeatedly questioned us in a very rude manner, as if they didn’t believe us. Eventually, they brought the menu, but afterwards no one returned to take our order.
