We arrived at Nikki beach to be greeted by a security guard looking us up and down. He checked our bags and allowed 3 of us to enter into the reception but our last member of the party wasn’t allowed in as he was wearing a vest. Luckily we had a t-shirt with us but as it was branded ‘sportswear’; that wasn’t allowed. The security guard suggested for us to buy a t-shirt in their shop. As we had travelled over 30 minutes by taxi to get to Nikki beach we were not travelling back to just change a t-shirt. So we were forced to spend €60 euros on a t-shirt from their shop which was only worn from the entrance of the beach club to where we sat, then the t-shirt wasn’t needed. What was more surprising is that there were other people wearing some questioning things, Nike caps and sports trainers etc, how is this allowed under their dress code policy? When we were turned away for a plain cotton nike t-shirt with a small logo. It feels like the dress code is vague allowing Nikki Beach to discriminate against people at their discretion.
We were shown to our bed which we had paid €412 prior to coming out here which included a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter. Only two towels were given but I asked if we could have more, her reply was ask the waiter. What waiter? No one came to us as we sat down, we waited 30 minutes and not one single person came over with food/drink menus. I ended up getting up and asking for our bottle of champagne to be brought over. After we finished that again no one came over to check on us or if we wanted any more drinks. I got up and asked for menus. I then asked one of the waiters will they come over to take our drinks order? He replied your waiter will, I said no one has come over I have to keep asking for everything, he shut me down and said someone will come over. Eventually a waiter came over and took a drinks order.
To top off our awful experience at Nikki Beach we asked for the bill and a waiter had the cheek to ask for a tip. No way would they be getting a tip with this appalling service they had given. We will never be returning to Nikki Beach Marbella, it is overpriced and service is shocking. I had been to other beach clubs in the area which are much better value for money and you do not get...
Read moreSpending a day at Nikki Beach Marbella was an absolute dream and one of the most memorable experiences of my trip to Spain. The venue combines a stunning beachfront setting with an energetic yet elegant atmosphere, making it the perfect place to celebrate life in true Marbella style.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the layout: chic sunbeds right by the sea, a beautiful pool area, and stylish décor that reflects the brand’s global reputation for luxury. The beachfront location gives it a unique charm – being able to relax with your feet in the sand while enjoying top-level service truly sets it apart.
The staff were fantastic throughout the day. Service was attentive but never intrusive, and the team made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the seafood dishes, which perfectly complemented the setting. The cocktail menu was equally impressive, with creative options and premium ingredients that matched the overall quality of the experience.
The music and entertainment are what really define Nikki Beach. The DJs created an upbeat, vibrant vibe that transitioned perfectly from relaxed daytime lounging to a lively afternoon party atmosphere. The energy built naturally as the day went on, and the performances added a fun, stylish edge without ever feeling overwhelming.
Nikki Beach Marbella is definitely a premium experience, but it fully delivers on what it promises – luxury, entertainment, and unforgettable moments by the sea. It attracts an international, stylish crowd, which adds to the cosmopolitan and celebratory feeling.
If you are visiting Marbella and want the ultimate beach club experience that blends relaxation, dining, and world-class entertainment, Nikki Beach is absolutely a must. I would go back without...
Read moreBeware! Racism and discrimination against ADA people with disabilities. On April 31,2024 at 6pm i came with my wife to Nikki beach and parked at the outside road handicap parking and displayed my American ADA card and while exiting the car a Spanish guy “bald” in full white cloth approached me and started yelling to move my car and then showed me a badge as if he was a cop saying it will be a problem for me if i parked there and to move it right away. I tried to explain and showed him the certificate and doctor and USA government ada documents but he didn’t care and yelled for me to move. I moved not to make a problem and then he let a big black work van park there. While driving away i saw a Spanish Policía and i pulled them over and asked if it was legal to use American handicap cars and they said definitely asking if ima tourist and don’t live here.
What a terrible experience to discriminate against handicap people just to let his buddy without a handicap card to park there! And super rude and unprofessional.. if this was in USA i would have sued the hell out of Nikki beach for discrimination! Either way we left and would never go to this place!
Response:
Hi, to correct your response. He was not a police officer but a security guard for Nikki beach. The real police arrived in the blue police car and i spoke to them and they informed me i can park.
The bald guy was wearing Nikki beach white cloth and when i was talking to the police the guys from the restaurant at the beach said they also have issue with Nikki beach security often as they think they are police!
And your correct this was outside Nikki beach parking, so why your guys standing there and stopping people to park? And why he asked me to move my car and then let a truck that was going to Nikki beach park in the handicap instead?
Your apology is...
