Honestly, the ice cream shop is not what it used to be. It’s a shame they have lost the hygiene and care they once had for this place. we used to visited here frequently. The quality is now very poor, and I find some staff working there unhygienic. The new boy doesn't do anything and he is with his phone all the time.

In particular, the appearance of the older woman leaves a lot to be desired. As the person in charge of making the ice cream, she should maintain a much higher standard of hygiene, wearing an apron, a hairnet, and masks to prevent germs from contaminating the ice cream. I’ve seen her sneeze multiple times over the ice cream, wipe her nose with her hand, and cough directly on the ice cream.
