SABOR MARBELLA — Restaurant in Marbella

I recently visited Curry Leaves for my mother's birthday. We were a party of 4 and all generally small eaters so we don't normally go for starters. On this occasion we decided to get a 2 portions of samosa (meat and vegetable) which normally come 3 to a portion but the waiter sorted out an extra one on each plate for us to have one of each. To follow we then had 2 rice and a pashwari naan bread along with the mains of a Lamb Saag which was a different class to what I had tried before. Lamb Nihari which was my choice is now one of my favorites. Served as a shank and perfectly braised, on this occasion the shank was slightly small so a few more large chunks of lamb were in the gravy.

The other 2 dishes I didn't get to try but nothing was left so I take that as a good sign.

Overall a good night out and my mum enjoyed it.

We have been going to this restaurant on and off for over a year now, being it in person or home delivery.

Their service is excellent, the entire staff is friendly and very accommodating, making sure everything is to your liking.

Both Tex Mex and Indian are fantastic! I can only recommend their Fajitas, Chicken Tikka Masala and Biryani. Their curry's are all served in nice metal bowls which are kept hot with a tea light, making it a nice dining experience.

Our online order experience has also been excellent. We have never waited too long for our order to arrive which is always delivered hot by the boss in person.

All in all, I can say that this is by far one of the best places in Marbella to eat authentic Indian, and also Mexican food where you will not be disappointed.

I had a chicken burger expecting its would be a real fillet burger as the price would warrant, unfortunately it wasn’t . Nothing in the food was offensive it just reminded me of the bad things at fast food places in the uk. Frozen chips rather than real chips and a poor chicken burger. Edit: so you don’t deny it’s a poor chicken burger just that I shouldn’t have ordered it or the chips being frozen. I do admit that the other 2 burgers are fillet burgers which I would suggest might be why I got it wrong as I would never eat a reconstituted chicken burger. Maybe if you think it’s sub par take it...
