A very disappointing meal. When we had decided what we were having , both choices were not available 🤔. Our 2nd choices, fish and steak . Was presented excellently, but on ice cold plates 😒, I eat quickly , but my meal went cold quicker than I could eat it , Joe's steak was Blue , it only got sealed on the pan on each side. Now we were not asked how he liked his steak cooked , and we didn't give it back . The desert menu was given to us. Our 2 choices were not available again 😏. I then choose a sorbet. It arrived ,as a liquid , in a glass with a straw ? The owner arrived when we were there. I was just too upset with our meal . I might have said too much. 10 other customers had arrived before we left . The best part of the meal was the Wine 🍷. A Murcia red from Jumilla and my Coffee. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The ober in the restaurant, accidentally bumped a wind glass over my trousers, could happen to anybody. But, we didn’t even get a new glass of wine neither did this glass of wine get erased from the bill. Secondly, we ordered the solomillo which was just as though to get through as leather, couldn’t even properly cut it with a steak knife. Got sent back to the kitchen, only to get it cut in pieces not a new one. In the end only ate half of my plate. On the bill we noticed they had charged us for 4 baskets of bread, however we didn’t even fully ate the first one… also no further discount for the wine or the solomillo, even better, we payed too much for things we didn’t even order. Siento lástima de tener que escribir esta reseña porque tenía muy buena opinión de este restaurante hasta hoy que ha sido un desastre desde que cruzamos la puerta. La mesa que reservé para nueve para hoy domingo a las 14h estaba sin preparar a las y diez. Nos la montan a y veinte pero para ocho (ojo al detalle del chico limpiando las migas con la mano y sin el aperitivo que de cortesía que lucía en otras mesas vacías). Dos veces pedimos el cubierto que falta, y nos lo ponen sin servilleta. El chavalito joven que nos atiende, se tropieza y me tira un poco de cerveza encima. Vale. Un fallo lo tiene cualquiera. Ojalá hubiera quedado todo en eso. Para mi consternación, veo que todo se va alargando. Conseguir otra ración de panes y una botella de agua nos cuesta pedirlo tres veces y media hora. Son las tres y sólo han servido los entrantes. Se lo hacemos saber al jefe de sala y se excusa diciendo que han cerrado tres restaurantes de la zona y está teniendo mucha gente. Para el plato principal aún tendríamos que esperar otra media hora. ¡Pero no todos! Mi padre se queda de brazos cruzados esperando "un minuto" a que llegue su bacalao al horno (recomendación del jefe de sala). A las cuatro menos cuarto, 15:45, se le comunica a un camarero que no se molesten en traerlo ya. Es entonces cuando el jefe de sala nos informa que de es que se había caído al suelo y estaban haciéndolo de nuevo. Muy bien. Cabreo de mi padre que después de tres cuartos de hora y todos terminando lo suyo, ya no quiere comer. Un ambiente horrible en la mesa. Jamás me ha sabido peor un plato. Lo estuvimos hablando y por deferencia a nuestros familiares, tratamos de sobrellevarlo, tomamos el café y la tarta que habría preparado de antemano mi hermano. Le pongo dos estrellas porque la comida sigue siendo muy buena, pero hoy era mi cumpleaños y he pasado dos horas con mucha vergüenza y pena, porque tenía en mucha estima este restaurante y quería invitar allí a mi familia, pero el servicio hoy ha sido un desastre. ¿Habrá tenido algo que ver que todos los muchachos en sala parecían novatos infra-mileuristas?
